    AJ McCarron.

Remember him?  Everyone was so happy when he signed with the Bills.  AJ would start with Josh and Nate as back-ups.  Plus, his wife was a well known model. Cool?

I was as naive as the Bills coaching staff.  He started 3 games in his 4 year career with the Bengals.  I assumed he was a quality QB backing up Andy Dalton.  Why wouldn't he be?

He flopped all through training camp.  He showed nothing in pre-season games.  The Bills Management plan for our QB's died right there.

Sad that an NFL franchise has to crumble for one bad choice in the off-season.  Very Sad!

If you want to conveniently blame 1 person, blame McDermott.

His collective decisions over the last few years, including the QB situation, have had a far greater impact on the team this year than freaking AJ McCarron!

We arent getting #1, dont think Oakland wins another one. WE on the other hand play NYJ and Miami twice, i think we at least win one out of the 4.

I don't think we'll get #1 either.  But I think Top 3 is definitely doable, especially if Allen's return is delayed or he misses more time do to a new injury or a flare-up with his elbow.

I'm pretty sure we can't win a game with the other QBs on this roster, and it's not like a win is very likely even with Allen.

We still have 2 wins already though, so it will be tough.

I think we are gonna pick up some wins when Josh gets back......

We may not end up picking in the top 5 at all

After last night, I'm confident San Fran will get some more wins and may not be competition for us, but the Raiders!

The Raiders are going to be trouble.  They seem like the most lost franchise in the league right now.

What do you expect   See the source image    from some "only in boston" d-bag.

Jumping on flaming fold up tables has gotten so trite.

It's time to up the ante.

People need to start jumping on folding tables, on fire, with spikes protruding from the top.

They can skewer themselves and do some human shish kabob all at once.

  5. If it wasn't for all the losing, it would be fun watching McDermott dig his own grave with Peterman.

Nothing we haven't seen many times before.  The ego/hubris of McD is the only reason Peterman is still on the team, much less playing.

We can all take solace in the fact that McD will pay for this with his job.

End of 2019 season probably, though could be sooner depending on how bad Allen and the team look next year.

We're talking about a rebuild where they are on track for one of the top 10 worst offensive scoring performances since the league went to a 16 game schedule in 1978.

Here are the lowest scoring teams since 1978 and their season records:

    1. 1992 SEA 140 points for (PF)  3-13

    2. 1991 IND 143 PF 1-15

    3. 2000 CLE 161 PF 3-13

        1998 PHI 161 PF 3-13

    5. 2006 OAK 168 PF 2-14

    6. 2009 STL 175 PF 1-15

    7. 1990 NE 181 PF 1-15

    8. 2000 CIN 185 PF 4-12

    9. 1993 CIN 187 PF 3-13

    10. 2011 STL 193 PF 2-14

Buffalo is on track to score 174 points this season, or 6th worst in the last 41 seasons.  This isn't a rebuild, it's managerial ineptitude and this ship isn't getting turned around in one off-season either.

That's just one way to measure futility.

If you focus on things like point differential, we are on pace for the worse season in franchise history....worse than the pathetic 1971 team.

Picking in the middle of the pack keeps you right where we have been. 2-3 more wins this year does nothing for this team, not one thing. The fact is we have no talent on offense and only 30% of our cap has been spent on it this season; 5th lowest in the league. This year is a lost year, a planned one at that, and right now we have the 4th pick in the draft - don't mess that up.

If we were just a little worse last year, we could have kept some picks instead of moving up and in the long run I would have taken that all day long. We could have stayed put and drafted Allen, still moved up for Edmunds and been in a position to grab Billy Price, Nick Chubb, Christian Kirk. I would take that all day long over a one and done in Jax as we would be much further along than today....

I don't want to see us win our way out of a great draft pick, but you never know what you are going to get.  The benefit may not be as great as you think.

Last time we had a high pick we took Dareus at No. 3 overall.

In the end, that didn't really do squat for this team.

And this administration is NOT going to take a QB.  So the value of the pick is not what it should be this year.

This is a brilliant move by the Bills.  With the critical interconference game against the Bears coming up, Chicago's coaching staff has been looking at film of left-footed punters in preparation for the game, and suddenly we switch up on them.  They may need to go with a left-handed return man (to get the lefty-righty advantage).  The question is whether our long snapper can make the adjustment on a short week.

It's the spin on the ball.  Will now be reversed.

Almost impossible to catch. Should be good for 3 turnovers.

    Brilliant move by McD.

The better pick is better than showing that this rookie Qb and defense can win games with no offensive playmakers and a bad line?  wanting the better pick is surface level quick fix.  Winning games is something down deep.  I’ll take the wins all day every day.  While we do suck, we aren’t going to get a top 3 pick imo .  We’re better than that with this defense.

I’d MUCH rather win some games with Allen behind the helm and a strong d than losing games to get the 5-10 pick.

I would suggest it is exactly the opposite.

Especially in a completely wasted season, which this one is and was as of Week 1.

  10. I'm living down here in Palm Beach County these days.  I walk 3 miles along the beach almost every day of the year.

At busy times of the year with lots of people all along the beach, I can't complete my walk without passing at least one incredibly fit woman in a bikini or 1 piece swimsuit in her 50s or 60s or maybe even early 70s.

They are all way doable and the sort of older women who could be the cover girl on "Senior Fitness" magazine, if such a thing exists.

I'll see a pretty woman, maybe in her early 60s, with tight, great body and pumped up biceps!

Believe me, they are out there.

  11. Years ago I saw an interview with Heidi Klum and she was discussing the very early days of her being a scared 18 year old kid (?) or something like that (quite young) living on her own in NYC and beginning her modeling career.

She was talking about how lonely and nervous she was, just wishing she had a friend and so on.

I always thought "Damn! If only I had been there at that time in her life when she wasn't so picky!"

You know, b/c I probably would have had a good shot at scoring with her.
