  1. And add Bill Bowher and Dick Vermeil to this list thinking it is overblown. http://www.bostonherald.com/blogs/sports/blitz/index.php/2011/02/03/former-rams-coach-dick-vermeil-provides-todays-spygate-update-what-is-this-2007/ http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/10084/cowher-patriots-are-team-of-decade
  2. The allegation were never about taped practices, (except one allegation that was later recanted/debunked). The allegation was taping signals from the wrong location is an area that was visible to the entire stadium. http://www.cbssports.com/mcc/blogs/entry/8347748/8348419 http://www.bostonherald.com/blogs/sports/blitz/index.php/2008/02/23/jimmy-johnson-thinks-spygate-is-overblown/ read up on the actual controversy instead of spewing regurgitated bull ****

  4. that was the biggest story on ESPN for the better part of a year, ESPN allways hops on the dick of the story that gets them the most ratings case in point Tebowmania
  5. Numerous other former coaches admitted to doing the same thing, are you telling me that the Cowboys' Super Bowls are tainted? Jimmy Johnson learned it from a Chiefs scout. The Broncos were punished for salary cap violations during their Super Bowl years. The Steelers team doctor was charged with felonies relating to steroid distribution. "Spygate" is the most overblown media controversy in the history of sports.
  6. From an outsider's perspective, I think the best thing the Bills could do for their offense would be to add a #2 reciever, Jones looks like a #3 reciever to me. Your defense is putrid though (Not that ours is much better if at all), Gilmore looks like a good pick up though.
  7. That was actually directed at Wes for buusting his balls on the bench. Wish he said that though, that would have been hilarious. And rewatching the hit on Jackson, right before the hit you can see Chandler give Spikes an illegal block in the back. I loved it when Brady juked out Urlacher, he did slide but not until after he made it past the 1st down marker. Brady is a lot tougher than a lot of people make him out to be, he pops right back up after taking a hit.
  8. Are you forgeting his rushing TD against you in Buffalo this year?
  9. it was defensive signals taped, not offesive signals, a lot of times the tape wasn't even used becuase it was low priority and didn't hlp much. Bill is the type of coach that if something helps a 1 on a 100 scale he will do it. Not to mention it was a widespread practice as admitted by other former NFL coaches.
  10. Helmet shouldn't come off like that if it was properly attached, Spikes didn't lead with his helmet, contact was incidental. It looks like the helmet only came off when he impacts the ground, I don't think it's a dirty hit but that gets called in todays NFL. The hit on Jackson was the furthest thing from dirty, Jackson put his head down to try for extra yards and got stonewalled, looked like we had that fumble recovery too. As for the alleged taunting, I think his arm might have been bothering him so he was checking it out, if that was flexing that's pretty weak.
