  1. Nothing about Walker, but it says that Dockery has signed on the main page. WGR was right Yeah!!
  2. Just wondering what kind of contracts these guys are looking at. Sporting News suggest that these guys might be what the Bills need to upgrade: Eric Steinbach G Cincinnati Kris Dielman G San Diego's Michael Myers DT Broncos Alfonso Boone DT Bears Cato June LB Colts Adalius Thomas LB Ravens Nick Harper CB Colts Just wondering what the possibilities of us getting any of the above players. I would love it if the Bills signed Steinbach, Myers, June, and Harper (not likely to get all four, especially with cash to cap). I think we could then fill the other guard spot, RB, and WR through the draft.
  3. Thanks. I can remember seeing Joe Furguson play, but the rest of these guys I dont remember. I would have been 11 when Furguson stopped playing for the Bills.
  4. I know this is a bit off topic...but I just came across a advertisement saying that the "The Buffalo Bills Electric Company" will be signing autographs on February 25 at ENV Collectables, Carousel Center, Syracuse NY. Scheduled to attend are: Joe Ferguson, Reggie McKenzie, Joe DeLamielleure, Mike Montler, Dave Foley, Tony Greene, and Seymour (not sure what his first name is). http://www.envcollectables.com/bubielcofe25.html
  5. I agree that with the 2 1st round picks and Maroney the Pats are far from dead. I think with a few key additions, they will be in the think of things again (although I hate saying that).
  6. Im in Iraq...just north of Baghdad. Unfortunatly we cant have beer or Bills as the internet site is blocked including NFL Field Pass. Guess I will be getting my updates on here! Glen
  7. I thought the score was 0-0...when did JP lead them to a TD?
  8. A very close friend of mine, who is big fan of the Bills, is deployed here in Iraq with me. Anyway, he got a call today that his pregnant wife is having complications...and it appears she is having a miscarriage. She is in the hospital now, ready to go into surgery to remove the baby...and save her life. This is there second unsuccessful attempt to have a child. He is preparing to get a plane out of Iraq to be with his wife. I am not a very religious person...but Travis needs our prayers...if you would...please say a prayer for him and his wife. Thank you, Glen
  9. Just in case anyone was wondering, no this was not me. I am still in Iraq fighting alongside by brothers and sisters! I am not trying to defend this dude, but can understand how people could get f-ed up enough to run. I dont like it, but some people cant handle this sh--. Go Buffalo!!!!! edit: Sorry, like many on here, i posted before I read. I thought he had been here, got scared and ran. Instead he was anti-war and had no plan on fighting in the first place...all the while sucking on the govt's tit. I am not for this war, like many of you I think its been handled improperly, however, I'm in the military and its my duty!!!!! I have been living of the govt for 14 years and there is no way in hell I would ever think about abandoning my family and fellow airmen (Air Force). If you dont want to fight in a war, dont join the military (which I think is fine, this crap isnt for everyone, during some of our attacks I have even wondered what the hell I was thinking when i came here!!!). The guy will get what he deserves. Again, GO BUFFALO!!!!
  10. Hey everyone, Just wanted to let you all know that I arrived safely in Iraq a few days ago. I posted that I was deploying last week and was looking for someone to send me copies of Bills games I will miss while I am gone. Anyway, doesnt seem like I am missing much. I have a much bigger request for everyone here on the board...helping the Iraqi children. The base I am located at has the largest Trauma 1 hospitals in Iraq. Obviously injured soldiers go through here, many critical, some unfortunately dead. Iraqi children are also brought through this hospital, many with severe injuries, and some having lost their entire family. The hospital here is requesting donations of children’s clothing and toys be sent as they are not equipped the handle this overwhelming issue. If you would like to send something, you can send them to me and I will ensure it makes it to the hospital. Fortunately for me, I am only here for a short period of time, so send it soon (priority takes approx 9 days), the end of this month might be too late. I will try to work out a thank you letter or something for everyone the sends something. TSgt Glen Flanders 332 AEW, 332 EFS/OPS APO AE 09315-9997 Take Care, Glen
  11. No need to worry about Bills games being sent to me, doesn’t sound like I am missing much anyways. I have a much bigger request for everyone here on the board...helping the Iraqi children. 12. I'm deploying to Iraq in a few days, and probably wont see any of the games while I am there. Armed Forces Network plays a handful of games each week, but I have rarely seen any Bills games on their schedule (maybe one or two this year). Anyway, just wondering if anyone is selling DVD copies, as I would be interested in receiving copies of the remainder of the season. I would obviously pay whatever asked including the extra postage. Thank you glen
  13. The pass didnt look good...I like his running on the second touchdown...wish he ran a little bit more
  14. First I have seen of this clip...amazed at JPs running abilities...maybe this is a solution to our red zone problems. Link
  15. I think Marv realized that one draft wasnt going to solve all of the problems, unfortunatly this is going to take a couple offseasons to correct. Hopefully Marv focuses on the areas of need, which I belive is 1) OL (we need atleast two starters for the right side) 2) WR (we need a true #2) 3) DT (run stopper) 4) LB (dont know we have in Spikes, and Fletcher is only getting older) 5) TE (unfortunatly with our OL, we havent seen our TE play as TEs) And dont forget about our RB and QB situations. Anyway, I think we just need a little more patience...its going to take atleast one more offseason to even start looking like contenders.
  16. Told you I was bored, came across that on a wrestling site....work should stop giving me Fridays off.... Hope this makes up for it...Until someone finally deletes this post (please delete it, thanks) Deleted Scene from Bruce Almighty
  17. "The medical examiner feels that JP didnt feel any pain. The poor guy never saw Freeney coming, Rest In Peace JP."
  18. I'm on the road right now and unable to see the game...just had a few questions about the game: 1. How bad is McGahee's injury? 2. A-Train looks like he is having a good game statistically...has he looked good? (better than McGahee?) 3. How has the new OL done? Thanks Go Bills!
  19. You really have to like the guy. Most of us knew at the begining of the season what he is saying now was true, I think that we all got a false sense of how good the team was going to be because the team looked better than expected in the first couple of games. Unfortunatly, the Bills are now starting to look like most of us thought they would at the begining, and that is a rebuilding team with a new quarterback and a new system. Give it some time, I really think this is the right coach...he just needs time and the right players to make it what we all hope for.

Frye, Charlie Warner, Kurt Johnson, Brad Receivers Jennings, Greg Williams, Reggie (I am currently trying to pickup off waivers for Lions defense) Bryant, Antonio Clayton, Mark Battle, Arnaz Moulds, Eric Tight Ends Wilcox, Daniel Johnson, Eric Scaife, Bo Baker, Chris Campbell, Dan Klopfenstein, Joe Here are players that are with other teams, but sitting on the bench...suggested trades would be appreciated Quarterbacks Vick, Michael Brees, Drew Carr, David Huard, Damon Rivers, Philip Plummer, Jake Receivers Glenn, Terry Coles, Laveranues Toomer, Amani Furrey, Mike Muhammad, Muhsin Mason, Derrick Tight Ends Hilton, Zach Troupe, Ben Smith, Alex Clark, Desmond Everett, Kevin Winslow, Kellen Any help would be appreciated Thanks
  21. I havent been too pleased with Steve McNair this season, and now with his injury, I am thinking about getting rid of him. Right now Alex Smith is available, do you think he would make a better #2 than McNair (Delhomme is my starter)? Also, any suggestions as to where I might improve...I want to pick up some better receivers, who would you get rid of Starters Delhomme, Jake Parker, Willie Tomlinson, LaDainian Galloway, Joey Johnson, Keyshawn Witten, Jason Vanderjagt, Mike Jaguars Reserves McNair, Steve Taylor, Fred Kennison, Eddie Moss, Randy Ward, Hines Lions Thanks
