1. Every time I read one of these posts from you, I can't help but recall with fondness the time when you were a Democrat.  That was just last year, wasn't it?

Yes, it was. Why the slapping of the head? Is it wrong for me to see the error of my ways?

  2. While visiting his niece, elderly Uncle Geezer had a serious stroke. The

niece drove wildly to get him to the emergency room. After what seemed like a very long wait, the E.R. doctor appeared, wearing his scrubs and a long face. Sadly, he said, "I'm afraid that your uncle's brain is dead, but his heart is still beating." "Oh, dear," cried the niece, her hands clasped against her

cheeks with shock, "we've never had a Democrat in the family before.

  3. Riiighhht.  If we did that, then the next time we complained that they tortured someone, they would say, "so what? so do you".  At that point, the only response we would have, and it would be a pretty weak one, would be "oh yeah? but you started it".  When we make our case to others we would use what they do as proof that they are barbarians, uncivilized killers.  The response would be "yeah, but you are doing the same thing" and again, our weak response would be "but they started it".

Why haven't we learned yet that they do not care if they die or are tortured?  They are willing to strap a bomb on their back, jump on a bus crowded with kids and then blow themselves to pieces.  Just how thick and slow do you have to be before you learn that they don't care about getting killed?  We won't win this war simply by trying to out butcher the terrorists.  We need to be a lot smarter than that.

And what do YOU suggest?

    Canal the mideast.

  4. You a Christian Ed?

This is just the PR that the US DOESN'T need.

That's just the way it is

    Some things will never change

That's just the way it is

    But don't you believe them

No, I'm not. I'm an atheist. However, the 10 Commandments are a good thing, and I live my life according to them. Not because of God, but because it's the right thing to do. That being said, this is war. An eye for an eye in war, if you ask me.

  5. Hey Ed, you're a young guy and purportedly educated too, why aren't you over there making sure the insurgents aren't winning?

If there were a draft and the military needed me, I'd go. I'm also 6'3", 260. Quite a large target and not the fastest moving person in the world.

  6. I am going to be that pissed off when I get inside that stadium and ready to vent on these losers.  I was pretty bad at least years Dolphins game but I could see myself being worse this time around.

What are you going to do? Attempt to beat up a 6 year old girl?

I thought they usually let the loser of the fight stay?

  7. I would have liked that option, Ed. As it turned out, we didn't need it except for a Hail Mary that didn't have a prayer of making the endzone.

What I'm saying is...we did things your way, and look what happened.

    65854

We're ALL missing the point here. We could have had 10 minutes and three time outs, and we still wouldn't have scored.

  8. Man, that's just retarded.

I agree. I appreciate the idea of saving time for the field goal, but the reality is, coming off a sack like that...regrouping and planning your next few plays would have been a good idea.

    65837

You do know, LA, that if the Bills used their TO there, something would have happened where we needed it at the end. I just know it!

  9. good one.

I guess YOU know more than the entire coaching staff and the team that was on the field?

No reason to insult me, as i am EXPLAINING why it happened. If he had gotten sacked and called a TO right away, what happens if you want or NEED two plays to get in FG range? Ok, now your in field goal range, but OOPS, too bad, clock is running, and you cant set up for a FG...

My thinking as well. Might not have enough tim to spike the ball, or it could be 4th down.

  10. Please, let's not open that can of worms.  It's bad enough having to see Pete's sig line take up 4 inches of the screen; I don't want our board to become overrun with pictures like other boards are.  That's why we have links.

My 2 cents, but I'd hope others would agree.

    I agree.

  11. Well, you are a recent grad. Does Rutgers have a service for Alumni?

I know that my school helps with that stuff, but of course, it is not Rutgers.

    65540

We do have a career services, however, I'd be better off getting help from a retarded monkey.

  12. if you cannot realize that we saved that timeout to get lindell and crew out on the field, then you are simple retarded. Really. Again, not using that TO was the only smart move by the Bills today.

Down by two, very little time, needing a FG, you SAVE the TO in case you get close. You dont HOPE that you can get to the line after a big gain and spike the ball.

Seriously, what the !@#$ are you talking about.

THE TO WAS SAVED IN CASE WE NEEDED TO GET THE FG UNIT OUT THERE.

    64417

    Exactly.
