oh nedboy, there you go again allowing those who don't wear the glasses or drink the kool-aide ruin your day.

what's pathetic is you thinking anyone gives a !@#$ what you think.

have an extra serving of pumpkin pie and put an extra scoop of cool whip on it and find something much better to worry about.

    poor fella.

I don't think SDS will appreciate you trying to get around the swearing detection system...

They traded Watkins, have tried to implement the worst possible offense for Taylor & decimated the Offense.  Heck Boldin came here and as soon as the trade was made said sayonara........  Tells me something fundamentally wrong with the offense and the OC.

How terrible the idea of winning is for some.  Falling for the line that a .500 team had no shot.......

Now Atlanta went from 8-8 in 2015 to the SB in 2016, New Orleans this year (7-9 in 2016), Dallas 4-12 2015 to 13-3, Philly, Oakland 7-9 to 12-4......  And this is not all about the QB's......  Coaching helps too, but in every case I've shown the Offenses all are good.....

But Buffalo decided to decimate the Offense and no effort to improve the passing game (by passing the ball!!!!!).

Or like I said, there is a process and the process is actually to clean house and start from the foundation.  The coach is not going to come out and say that they are tanking, he does not want to lose the locker room right off the bat.  How is that so hard to understand?

I don't understand what you're saying when you say "how terrible the idea of winning is for some".  What do you mean by that?  Did I say I hate winning or something?

Your talk about how teams went from middling to low on the totem pole to playoff teams in one year seems to be something that would add to the idea of a process.  You can suck out one year and win the next year with the right moves.

It seems to me from what you're saying, you think the Bills won't make any moves to improve the offense next year.  The whole offseason, you expect no improvement with personnel, or perhaps coaching?

The Bills were 8-8 and 7-9 under some pretty horrific coaching by Ryan, yet it was a "miracle" they got to 5 wins this year?  It's only a miracle because Beane and McDermott made the roster older and slower in the off season.

If McDermott believes the Bills are in the hunt, and if there is a process, he should have started Taylor against the Chargers, Chiefs, and Patriots.  If the Bills lose those games, then give Peterman a chance by starting him at home against the Colts.

That would have been the patient move.  That would indicate a process is being followed.

Instead we have the current mess.  There is no process.  McDermott has no master plan.  He's proving himself to be an average coach who is winging it.  He's in over his head.

Tsk tsk, people already making judgements om the tenure and coming to a conclusion after just over half a season. It's going to take time.

What did you all expect? Honestly, going into the season after trading Darby and Watkins, did we believe we were going places? Most thought we were tanking. What do you expect the coach to say?  "Yeah, you guys are right, we're tanking"? No coach ever does that.  Did anyone really think we were as good as our record? I assume most of us were ready for the other shoe to drop. So why are people so surprised and angry when the bottom drops out?

It's your OPINION he doesnt have a plan, I think he's doing what he can to win now but they've depleted their roster to the bone and have a lot of short contracts on the team with vets. That tells me they are making themselves as flexible as possible for this offseason. A chance for the to build the roster they believe will win. I trust he knows what he's doing, though he is human and can make mistakes. Trust the process, which really begins after this season.

It's too bad this world is all about instant gratification. That rarely happens in the NFL, cultures change over years, not half seasons.

Please.  I give the players plenty of credit.  We are talking about quite possibly the worst quarterbacking performance in the history of the NFL.  They know NP won’t be coming back from that any time soon, and they don’t want to put their bodies on the line for that kind of amateurish incompetence.  He shouldn’t play again this year, except in mop up duty.

    Your opinion is noted.

If they start NP next week, there will be an open revolt in that locker room.  It is not gonna happen.

You don't give the players any credit?  You don't think that they have the capacity to understand it could have been a bad day at the office?  They see him in practice, I'm sure he's not throwing picks all day long.  I agree with the other guy, I found myself saying, you cant take him out after half.  You got to let the rook work it out.  Historically bad yes, but one half does not define any player.

    Stop excusing his terrible play!

Dont tell me those ints werent his fault.  If we are going to play the not his fault game with ints then Tyrod only has 1 on the year.  Last week and week 1 against the jets were tipped in the air by clay.

Don't tell me about how it wasn't his fault the pressure was in his face all dag forcing him into errors if you stated the 7 sacks in the jets game were Tyrods fault.  Maybe as some has proposed Tyrods escapability is a very important factor in making the oline look much better than it is.

Don't tell me facing the 3-6 chargers is the same as the 8-2 saints.  One is the hottest team in football and the other is still 2 games under 500

Don't tell me they needed to see what they had.  He's a 5th round pick.  A 5th rounder.  Most of the people drafted in his round won't ever start a game let alone a game with playoff implications.  Especially at qb.  They should know from practice what they have.

Don't tell me well Tyrod sucks too so they would have lost anyway.  He doesn't and you were just shown what an actual backup qb looks like.  I won't guarantee a win but I will guarantee Tyrod wouldn't have put forth 5 ints in a half.

Don't tell me Dennison had a poor gameplan and that isn't Peterman fault.  He's had bad gameplan most of the year.

Seriously that was some of the worst qb play I don't know how anyone can defend that play or pretend like he deserves a second chance.

The Bills don't have to skip the playoffs just bc they won't win the super bowl.  3 bad weeks and they are still in the driver seat.  They owe it to Kyle, the fans, every player on that team to try and win.  Tyrod offers the best chance for that.  Peterman should just be cut.  Next year they can draft their qb of the future and let him actually beat out Tyrod not be gifted the starting position bc he fits the idiotic ocs mental picture of what a qb should be.

But what if I was to tell you...nevermind.

Look, I'm going to make a statement here that has nothing to do with politics, despite its unfortunate tangential relationship to the current state of US affairs:

    Trump is a moron.

    He's always been a moron.

He will never not be a moron.

He's been understood to be a moron for decades.  DECADES.  He drove an entire football league into the ground.  He's been lampooned and satirized as an icon of corrupt, selfish idiocy since at least as far back as the 80s.  He bizarrely tried to claim credit for the Pegulas buying the Bills when that whole thing was going down.  He's that kind of moron.

Whatever misgivings you might have about the Pegulas, the current situation is much, much better than it could have been.

I took it to mean that he wished Trump bought the team so that he could move it to another city and he wouldn't have to care anymore.  Perhaps I was giving the poster too much credit?

  8. I think you're right on the money with how I'm feeling too Shaw.  It's tough being a Bills fan but we weren't supposed to win this year, and we had a hot streak to start the season.  That makes the pill harder to swallow when we regress back to where we probably should have been this year (that was hard to type).  I think it's because these two actually seem to have a vision/plan.  I'm going to "trust the process" and see what we come out with in about 3-5 years.  Hopefully it's not wasted time and energy like it's been over the last 17 years.

  9. And denvers defense that just shut down the leagues best OL and elite RB is all of the sudden going to let up a couple rushing TDs?

Not to mention a team thag plays ALOT of press man already. Clearly something on Tape about WRs and or QB struggling against press man because a notoriously zone team just ran alot of it Sunday

I wonder if press coverage plays into our strengths with big possession recievers?

  10. Albert Haynesworth 2.0. Just like Fat Al, hes collected his paycheck and now is trying his best to get released so he can get rewarded with another windfall. These injuries are reminiscent of Byrds various ailments.

When we were talking about extending him to a large contract, I voiced my worries about the possibility of Haynesworth 2.0. Wish I was wrong.

Correct me if I'm wrong but these injuries seem to be easily faked. To me, he just doesnt want to be in Buffalo or does not want to play football anymore.

  11. Yes, the Percy re-signing was a joke and I said so the day it happened.

I said it wouldn't help the team at all and that is correct.

Meanwhile, Whaley passes this off as "addressing the need" when in fact it does not.

    Whatever. Doesn't matter.

Pegula has his own internal rooster ticking on Whaley and Rex and when it strikes midnight, they're gone.

Just a question of what the clock reads at the moment. No one can really know but Terry.

Still plenty of time for him to show he's worth the signing. You're giving up on him already? Yeezus
