I mean our only legitimate concern is RT, and he’s been our RT for 2 seasons and is a young athletic freak we’re developing. He’s very raw coming out of the draft.
I get the complaints because the draft picks haven’t been plentiful early but people act like it’s the worst OL ever assembled and we’re in trouble. This is probably the best OL they’ve had during this run.
When that raw right tackle gets blown up it forces Josh out rolling against his body immediately. It happens A LOT. You can’t run an offense with that as a possibility every fifth play.

Yes it’s preseason and we should take it with a grain of salt, but we can all admit the oline looked like they were playing the 5th quarter of the bengals playoff game. That’s just a super bad omen.

Who is trading a mid level RT for an DL? It’s not exactly like teams have an embarrassment of riches at OL. Everyone needs linemen badly. They’re not trading them away for some edge rusher.

Until then I chalk it up to plain old incompetence.
You should watch Tim Donaghy on Netflix bc a small group of people affected the outcome of a ton of games. It only got out after years. For one crew or even one ref to make a critical holding call in a Super Bowl is extremely easy.

I think you get the most out of Kincaid lining up as a te vs LBs and safeties. Find a quick slot wr to own that spot and let kincaid and Knox feast off mismatches.

Our offensive power is relying on Diggs and…Dawson Knox. Those are the 1 and 2. Kincaid is a rookie. Davis is a #3. And everyone else is a big old question mark.
Our biggest rivals are surrounding their QBs with weapons and we’re retreading and wishing on a star that we have the next Kelce.
We’re becoming phillip rivers and the San diego Chargers.

We need a veteran OC. Wr coach doesn’t matter when Josh is telling his receivers “just go deep”. He needs a leash and the steady hand of an OC who’s coached good qbs and can build an offense around Josh.

That was pretty apparent when mahomes got hurt last week and his backup drove 98 yards for a TD

I’ll gladly pile on. This offense has ZERO creativity. None. No deception. No misdirection. They completely rely on Josh to make everything happen.

Now is a good time to take a step back from the craziness of this game and realize we’re in the divisional round at home as the 2 seed.
There was a 20 year span where we were excited to be in the hunt after Thanksgiving.

The D has been playing bend don’t break all season, I would like to see them take more chances, show more looks and blitz. The bengals are going to get their points, you may as well gamble more and try to swing the game.
