I’d have to think a new OC next season. Heck I think that may happen regardless

I think the option was to turn and sit, or break inside. I don't think he was ever going to turn it outside.
If he turns and sits, the defender is right there... So, just not good all around.
The option was a curl route, probably. Davis turns and sits or breaks it inside. He chose inside.
Well if it was turn and sit on a curl route, or break inside, then It was on Josh. Curl route would be to sit in a soft spot of the zone, not against tight man like that.
Maybe Gabe should have altered his route earlier, like a quick slant. idk about that.

wouldn't outside be... more towards the logo and not directly where apple was standing though?
This what I’m saying. Everyone is blaming Davis. It’s gotta be on Josh. It wasn’t thrown inside or out it was thrown right at the defender. Just an inaccurate pass.

I think it was Colin Cowherd, he said that running Allen like this could/would lead to him having a short career. Just the overall wear and tear on the body. Cam Newton he used as an example. He is only 34 and the Panthers let him go after 2019. He was only 29.
Man I’d hate for that to happen with Allen

So here’s an idea, if we don’t have enough DEs, go more 3-3 looks and blitz a guy into Vons lanes. Our LBs are dynamite blitzers, they can cover, and same with our S and Slot CBs

Is it normal for the 10th team to be at 50%?? How are only 9 teams above 50% while 11-32 are below?
id imagine it would have to be more balanced. Are you sure your spreadsheet is averaging that correctly?

When the Bills game was “exclusively “ on Peacock a few weeks ago - it was also on local Buffalo CBS.
I assume this game is the same??

The best game over that stretch was the Eagles game too

Josh's jump/surf move takes his size and strength out of the equation and probably limits the effectiveness of the play. Once he's on some guys back he's nowhere near the same threat to push forward and much easier to stop.
Right.
gotta stay low and drive those legs.

Serious question, why not use a 340+ pound lineman to sneak it, with another guy the same size as the pusher?
He’d fumble

Uhhhh we didn’t convert on the 4th down with about two mins left in the game. And I believe we also tried it on third down just before that.

The PI no calls looked to me like, the refs are already in playoff mode. Where they let them play! Live, I didn’t see the helmet to helmet hit. I’m not sure it should have been called either in that situation.

Apparently Gabe Davis has been taking all Diggs playing time. Stephon played a ton in the second half and did well. Need to get him out there!

McD be like

That Spector guy I thought was great. Our D is really really deep

Man he would be completely unstoppable if he could get rid of those stupid picks.

Allen and McD out there swinging ‘em that second half.
freaking love it. Allen feeds on that *****.

Dude idk what do you do here ---- try a 55 yarder with our ***** kicker or go for it.
I’d go for it. Allen in the groove. Call another TO let him catch his breathe then I’d go quick tush push
-
I’ve been a big proponent of Fournette to play but dang he is 3 yards and a cloud of dust

Allen got his big dock swinging

Props to McD for the balls on that 4th down call. Wow. I wouldn’t have done it
-
Wow Omg they went for it. I thought for sure it was a McD try and get them to jump special

The pass to Johnson at the end of the first half...
in The Stadium Wall
Posted
On TV they showed the replay from the QBs point of view. The only receiver in the end zone is Kincaid (or maybe Knox)
Allen looked right quick, I believe it was to Diggs, nothing was open on that two route combo with our 3rd TE #85(?) in the flat like 6 yards shy of the end zone.
Allen quickly came back to his left. The middle of the field was wide open bc of a clearing route by Kinkaid or Knox (I can’t remember which) who was tightly covered in the back left corner of the end zone. The outside WR wasn’t open at the pylon.
With no one winning their 1v1 matchup , it was as if the play was designed to go to Johnson there. Basically a clearing route with probably some kind of pick action on the defenders (can’t confirm that without a better replay).
From what I saw, if Diggs doesn’t beat his man immediately off the line, then the play was designed to go to Johnson in the exact fashion it played out.
