Specifically the one where he is NOT jumping into the fans.   Walmart had some awesome display ones made of carboard but unfortunately they don't sell them or have any laying around in the back when I asked.  I did spot one on Ebay that comes in one size but I was wondering what other options I might have.

Frustratingly Google searches for "Madden24 Josh Allen cover art" seem to bring up a lot of stuff that isn't that.  I was compelled to ***** one of the for posters at Walmart but alas, that's just not me to steal something.  Figured someone might know of a print shop or someplace that might make them that they could recommend.

    Go Bills!

Are you referring to the one where his head is tilted down and he's grabbing it the collar of his jersey?

If so, do let us know if you find a poster with that photo. That's definitely something I would hang in the man cave.

    Enjoying Baldur's Gate 3?

I sure as hell am. Best game I've played in 15 years

I'll be firing it up this weekend. I purchased the early access almost 3 years ago (fall 2020 I think) and enjoyed what limited content was available.

The problem I'm facing now is that of a bounty of riches. Playing Diablo 4 as well, and we're about 20 days away from Starfield which I fully anticipate taking up and inordinate amount of my waking hours.

  3. I love how everyone is all "the police can't be trusted!!!" but then the FBI does something and the same people unflinchingly support them without any explanation as to what led to the shooting.

Don't get me wrong, this guy was a whacko and was effectively inviting a response from law enforcement, but how many other people in recent news have also been acting erratic, committing a crime, or clearly demonstrating a risk to themselves or others which in turn led to use of force only to have the cops demonized with no regard for the facts?

  4. I'm taking my 6-year-old daughter to her third kids day game but for this one we have really good seats right behind the bills bench.

For those of you who have gone before, do you know what time the players usually come out on the field to do warm-ups?

I'd like to go in early and maybe have a chance of her interacting with some of the players, but not sure if there is a good time or if we should just go in as soon as it opens.

Thanks in advance for the responses.

Yup. Good riddance to an excellent player is precisely sour grapes.

Kid yourself if you want, but even if you didn't want him back, they did. They made it clear over and over again. Salary cap thing.

They're going to have a worse player there this year. Hopefully not too much worse. But worse by a significant margin unless things change a lot.

No it's not sour grapes. I think you need to look up the generally accepted definition of that term. It's more along the lines of " well if we can't have him then I didn't want him anyways" which in my case is not true.

I didn't want him at all at any price and believed him to be a liability to our defense as do a good number of people on this board judging by some of the threads on the topic.

You can disagree with my opinion on the player. That's fine. Lots of people thought he was fantastic. I did not.

That's not sour grapes. Just a difference of opinion.

Sour grapes. He's worth what he got. We just didn't have the cash to pay him now.

    Hap, you're on fire today.

Thanks so much for combing through this stuff and posting it here. Love it, love it, love it. Great work, and again, thanks, to all of you folks doing this.

I'm working my way through the thread page by page and am really appreciating all the extra input from so many eyes.

Not sour grapes in the least, more akin to good riddance. I didn't want to re-sign him, I wanted him replaced. I didn't feel he had the instincts to go along with his athletic ability.

I wonder if the Bills FO meaning Beane, McD, & Pegs talked to him to get his story first or if they just cut bait ASAP ?

If he does win his suit against her in court would that look bad on the Bills for not looking into it before getting rid of him & not sticking up for one of their players  ?

I mean they drafted him & apparently had long conversations with him & they thought he was a upstanding young man the type that the Bills thought would be a good fit 🤔

I mean it could have been a real S**T show but even when Marshawn, & Marcel pulled their deals they waited to gather info before closing those doors .

Last thought again if he is completely cleared of all charges & wins the law suit against her could he file a wrongful termination suit against the Bills ? I don't know much about the law but Stranger things have happened .

No win situation for the Bills.

They took crap from people for drafting him and not doing the homework and now they'll get crap from people for cutting him.

Idk why everyone’s concerned?? He did what he was hired to do and that was to help get the new stadium deal past the finish line, which he did. And I’m sure he was aware that after the deal was done and the shovels hit the ground that they would be parting company. I always saw Ron as temp for Kim.

Because everything here is viewed in the most negative light by a good percentage of posters. And if you're not of that opinion, well you're just an apologist for a directionless organization or some kind of pollyanna.

Or you know, some dude just switched jobs... ;)

    In other news-

    Madden 24 RB Rating-

    Damian Harris- 79

    Latavious Murray- 76

    Nyhiem Hines- 75

    James Cook- 75

Cook has the same rating a Bummie Basham- who is rated higher than AJ Epenesa and Shaq Lawson. Damian Harris is rated higher than Leonard Floyd.

It’s one of the reasons that I rent madden from GameFly for 2 weeks each year, then return it and never play again.  I’ll never buy another copy.  Come back 2k!

I had no idea Gamefly still existed.

  10. Hey all,

Thinking about renting an RV for a game this season but not sure about the logistics with the RV lot being a pile of dirt.

Anyone know what other options there are? Additionally would like feedback in general on RV and renting from one of those sharing sites if anyone has feedback.

Oh, it's the litter box thing that got you upset.  Why is that so absurd to you?  Schools are doing everything they can do accommodate kids these days, far more than just putting out litter boxes.  It's just a strange hill to want to die on whether you believe me or not.

I doubt you believe it yourself.

Every kid in this imaginary school would be tik-tocking the ***** out of that with images of the litter box. After all not all of them are brainwashed automatons.

    Yet.

Schools are allowing kids to identify as animals, wear costumes to school, bark, meow and walk on all fours..

BUT WHY ARE YOU PROMOTING THE LITTER BOX HOAX!!!

    What a typical useful idiot.

Isn't that the point though? Focus on what is real, and ignore things that are demonstrably false.

Otherwise your opponent will be able to paint all of your points as absurd. I'm not sure why that is so difficult for some people.

The only thing that's absurd, beyond kids pretending they're cats, is you thinking you know stuff you clearly have no clue about.  I'm just trying to figure out why you went all "OMG, THAT"S NOT HAPPENING!  GIVE ME NAMES AND NUMBERS!"  It was funny.  Like it struck a nerve.

I 100% believe some kids are pretending they are cats. You're moving the goalposts.

What I don't believe (and it's been debunked thoroughly) is that school districts are accommodating such nonsense by putting out litter boxes. Such a claim is not only ridiculous but very easy to prove.

You can't, and you seem to be upset by that fact given your insistence on clinging to your anecdotal evidence from some buffoon at work.

Stupid article by a moron who wasn't even alive when the original came out and was a pop hit that garnered Grammy nominations and made TC a pile of cash.  Showing who the true racists are.

No, they won't be exposing minors dressing like cats.  And I still find your (over)reaction curious considering a) dressing up like a cat isn't even in the same realm as transgenderism and b) according to you it's not political.

How exactly am I overreacting by simply pointing out that you believe in something so absurd? Note I've not commented on transgender politics on this forum other than to say people with wangs shouldn't be in girls sports, so I'm curious as to how you're conflating the topics and involving the gender craziness.

    Thou doth protest too much.

I hope the royalties are very nice for her.  He is making the lyrics and their meaning available to a different audience which is good.  It just doesn't seem likely to have the same effect.  I haven't heard the Luke recording but the production of the original is on many lists of audiophile best recordings, technically speaking.  I guess it would be pretentious to mention that in your opinion...

I'm not inclined to believe the lyrics and meaning meant much to listeners (the broad spectrum of radio consumers of popular music anyway) in 1988 either.

Sure you were.  Got proof of that one?  Since we're all into providing proof of unbelievable statements...

Nice try but I'm not revealing any information involving minors.  Even if I did give you a school district you wouldn't believe it anyway, would you?  It's not like you would do something creepy and call the schools in that district to find out, right?

And I've known the nurse for 12 years and not once did she ever bring up politics.  She just one day mentioned, unsolicitedly, that 2 students at her son's school identified as cats.  It's summer time now so I can't get pics even if I wanted.

You can't because it's not true.

But it's cool, I'm sure it will hit the news soon and you'll be able to prove your assertion.
