  1. what is up with the charger love, let me start off saying, they will not win more than 7 games next year, their OL is weak, their QB will fall on his arse this year. by week 4 they will be calling for Rivers to start. and forget their Defense, you can throw on them all day.

denver and KC, hell even the raiders will be tougher this year.

    Mark this, write it down.

  2. not sure if this has been said, but his punishment was reduced to 3 days, and he was back in school today.

from what I heard the town has lots of men and women in Iraq and in the middle east. And if all the students have to follow those rules reguardless then I see the school's point. The child's reaction was cause for what he was dealt. not the actual phone call, and I hope that is what the school was punishing him for

  3. not sure what this might add, but when I was a teen and boxed, I hated fighting mexicans, Hit them all you want or can and they never stop coming after you. I have a lot of respect for them as fighters.

It should be added that I ws not a good boxer, I did it for exercise and because my father made me, he used to fight and was pretty good. thanks Dad.

i guess what i am saying is if JP is even half mexican he has more heart than our last two QBs together.

    and happy cinco de Mayo

  4. I don't put a lot of stock in any of the combine, other than the shuttles which at least show there abilities to cut, the 40 is stupid, so what if he runs a 4.3 forty, or a 4.5 forty, .2 seconds is not long, what is more important is how he runs his routes.

as I see it, Parrish knew he was going to play football, I don't care if he knows what 1+1 eguals, what I do care is can he run sharpe routes and can he catch it and take to the end zone. Unless there is a spelling bee added somewhere in Football I really don't see it being an issue.

what is funny is he said he was humble, name one Cane that is humble. they are good because they are cocky and have to prove it

  5. I love the thought that there is a higher power, someone that can watch over me, and guides me, but i am not 5 anymore, and not to knock what others believe, I just don't believe in God, i believe the idea was invented to keep people in line, and several years have pass and it grew to what we see today, again if you need set of rules and an all power ruler to keep you in line then okay.

In my believes since there is no God life is more important. Not just mine but others as well, every life to me is a world, because when you die so does your world. I think religion gets people into trouble, the thought that after you die there is a place for you allows you to take life for granted.

    what is after life?

close your eyes and try to remember what was before you were born....that is death to me.

  6. lets for a second remember we were considering trading henry to the Cards for LJ Shelton, who is making 2.5 million, after he is cut and he will be cut. we could get him cheaper, same with K Walker-both are first round talent, I feel or I hope it was just a lack of good coaching that made them the players they are today. Also the eagles did not address the running back situation and because the 2006 draft is so far away, maybe they give up a 2nd rounder for him.

So we'll get Shelton and we'll get a 2nd rounder. and now we don't have to risk clements getting injured on punt returns.

Always look on the bright side of life

  7. Henry is traded to the Bucs for there 2nd round, in return we also add a 4th in next years draft.

The 36th pick should net us a starter.

here is the problem do you start a rookie at center or LT, without question the two most important positions on the line.

Personally teague is a better center than LT, however at the 36th pick Baas is better than terry or Marcus Johnson. And do you start a rookie at center when your QB is only in his second year.

The Answer is this: draft Terry having seen many of his games I think he could be sppecial he is a high motor guy, not often said about OLmen, But not at 36.

    instead Draft as following

2(36)-Anttaj Hawthorne-some had him in the 1st, but the weed did him in, we reach still and get him in the 2nd, Similar skills to Jenkins and Rogers-according to reports was well liked by the Bills staff. unless Jamal Brown slips through the cracks, and McNally feels he can play LT.

2(55)-Adam Terry or Marcus Johnson-depending on the 36th pick, both are good sized LTs and could start early in their careers, IMHO both players are better than LJ Shelton.

3-Vincent Jackson (hopefully) huge target, need replacement for when Moulds moves on.

4-Brandon Browner-before the combines he was projected as a 1st rounder, but a lack of good times has made him fall. facts: he wasn't fast in college, but he is 4 inches taller than an average CB and 20 pounds heavier. he matches up well with the larger WR in the NFL, also he could be a project, let him gain 30 pounds and put him in at LB. Too good a talent to let go.

5-Brandon Jacobs-Big back, to beat up defenses with

    6-Rob Petiti-future guard

    7-Duke Preston-center project

  8. yeah, be happy everyone is okay, and go after the 200, and whatever you can get from her, i wouldn't involve your insurance company, most of the time the person at fault will just feel lucky enough to only have to pay that much. i hate saying give up, but don't stress over it. and enjoy your trip. Hell, make her pay in installments if they can't afford it.

  9. all easier said than done, in march of 04 my wife was hit by a insuranceless person, to this date we have not seen a penny, we have a lawyer and we are going after him, however if the person doesn't have any money you are out of luck, hopefully the accident wasn't major and your insurance company will cover it. Me and my wife have uninsured motorist, however we still had to shell out 500 dollars. the guy that hit her was ticketed but he was allowed to drive home, he was driving a beat up truck which was huge compared to the sentra my wife drove.

DON"T EXPECT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO DO ANYTHING!!!!! this past feb, she was in another accident, not at fault, and this time the other person had insurance and we still had to pay our share $500, and when we asked our insurance company they told us that it was our job to get the money out of the other insurance company.

All i can tell you is get a lawyer. I hate to say this but this young lady needs to learn a lesson. Sue her and her parents.

  10. today on a local sports station they were talking about what the florida teams were going to do.

a dolphins insider, really a reporter that is close to the team said they are interested in trading down first. but if they stay with the number 2. and rogers is the first pick they are going to pick Smith...you heard me that means the first two rounds will be used on QBs, on top of that way overrated QBs.

    I HOPE THEY DO IT!

the Bucs are interested in Mike Williams, over everyone they rate him the highest. with the fifth pick that is who they are targeting.

a rumor earlier had the bucs interested in Henry offering Chris Simms and their 2nd rounder. i would be all for that.

  11. Why does this make Fox News Evil?

Also, why is it bad that people are to be held personally responsible for their actions?

I agree, so I believe that Mr Bush and hisGOP friends should be held responsible for the debt and the lives of several young men and women.

    oh wait, that won't happen.

I figure if the riches people in America don't have to be held responsible, nor should I be!

  12. maybe I am a fool, but who cares, I know that it is a bad example to show children, but come on. I knew several police officers in my home town that were using it, no one said anything and everyone knew, but as long as they did their job, everyone was happy. now I know that this is a different life, and it gives him an unfair advantage, but if he is a good kid, that made a mistake, let it slide, and move on. If he is there in the 3rd round draft him!!! he is ranked by many to be the top DT in the draft, we need a DT and he is one.

Many football players took steriods at one point in their career. maybe it was in high school, in the summer time to bulk up whatever, but I'll say that at least 70% of all football players used something at one point.

we are all too steriod crazy.

  13. let me start off saying the sporting news is never right, in fact they are borderline idiots.

2-marion Barber-understand need back up, but we can wait. henry leaving

3-Pete mcMahon-but we just got Shelton in a trade, and we have great depth, tucker, teague and gandy are the back up, they would all start in Miami.

4-Walter reyes- i understand we need depth, but wait 2 rbs in 3 rounds?

5-Nick collins CB from bethune.....oh well.

    6-Rasheed Marshell WR-who?

7Adrian Awasom-bullet is in the chamber

Please let this not be our draft, at least 2 players have to make the team, the only pick I could see is Reyes.

  14. after the ungrateful Henry is traded, didn't TD give him an extension because he spent all of his money. Yeah, ungrateful!

    Round 2-Chris Spencer 6'3" 310 center

I've read one report calling him the best lineman in the draft.

Gives us a starting lineup of LJ Shelton(340)-Anderson(345)-CSpenser(310)-Villarrial(320)-Mike Williams (370ish)-that's a big line (now imagine goalline with Peters added as TE)

I think we keep teague, gandy and Bannan in uniform as reserves, good depth...Peters too.

    round 3-Vincent Jackson-6'5" 240 WR

one reason for a lack of red zone td's could be we have no one with size. i think Jackson remains a WR, and becomes the 3rd WR, 4.46 speed and can get deep. and once moulds leaves/retires we won't have the same situation as before with the loss of Price.

round 4-Brandon Browner-stock is slipping, but what he lacks in speed he makes up with in size, at 6'4" 221 he can play the more physical WR in the NFL. other option Ronald Bartell, Jr. or Darrent Williams

    round 5-Brandon Jacobs-RB/H-back 6'4" 260

power runner, gives McGahee a good back up.

    Round 6-Stan Hill-6'2" 210 QB

Fits for the 3rd QB, I think he has great potential also comes from a strong QB program.

    Round 7-Victor Sesay 6'6" 270 TE

Good size, good blocker, could be 3rd TE

  15. my crystal ball says....

the trade goes down, LJ Shelton is our starting LT,

    Gandy is the starting LG

TD gets the 11 spots and picks Spencer.

Villarrial is still the starter at RG and Mike williams RT

we keep teague only because he can fill in at all 5 spots and on short yardage he can be a TE.

we keep Peters for this one last year

    and Tucker too

the others are up in the air

  16. position by position who would be an upgrade over the current starter (3/28/05) in the 2005 season, not the future

QB-Losman-no upgrade I think Losman will out perform all of them this year.

RB-McGahee-I think williams and Brown maybe better pros, but not better in 05. No upgrade

    FB Shelton-no upgrades

    WR-Moulds, and evans no upgrade

-Reed however plenty of upgrades Mike Williams, Clayton, Edwards, roddy white, Williamson, Henry, russell, Mathis, Jackson, Parrish and roby

    TE Campbell-Miller, Smith and Everett

LT-McFarland/Teague-barron, Brown, Johnson, Barnes, terry, Munoz, Colmer all upgrade

    Shelton?-Barron, Brown. and johnson

LG-tucker/Gandy (I think gandy is the starter)-Brown, Baas, petitti (I have him playing guard)

    center-teague-baas, Wilkerson, Specer, Jason brown.

    RG-Villarrial-brown, Petitti, Baas.

RT-Williams-no one, break out year for big mike

    RE-Schobel-Pollack, Merriman, James

    LE-Kelsey-Pollack, Sears

    DT-Sam Adams -no one

    Ron Edwards-hawthorne Cody

    Rolb-spikes no one

    ILB-fletcher-no one

LOLB-Posey-Crowder, Johnson, Blackstock, Burnett, Boley, wallace, Goolsby (late round steal)

    CB Clements-no one

    Mcgee-Jones, rolle, miller

    FS-Vincent-no one

    SS-Mlloy-no one

    Lindell-Nugent

    Moorman-no one

  17. I was with my high school girlfriend at a store in the mall, I was her lookout while she was stealing, needless to say, I didn't do a very good job, we broke up soon after but we will forever have that on our records since we were over the age. Idiots. we had a great lawyer, that reduced our fine to 200 dollars.

oh and fighting, but I wasn't charged.

  18. If Alex Smith is undrafted when the cards are picking, it would be in their best interest to draft him, while I will say Alex smith will have a career similar to another A. Smith...But the cards need a QB and smith is one. that said there isn't a better runner than Henry after the Auburn kids and benson are gone.

So we hold all the cards.

Shelton for Henry and they throw in a 3rd rounder.

2-david Baas-because he can play LG or center, let him battle with teague and Gandy (I've got him starting at LG right now) Either way I will be a happy bills fan (hard to say) with Shelton-Gandy-Baas-Villarrial-Williams.

3-Eric Green-in case clements leaves we need at least a filler, but Green is still a good player that in nickel situations has the size to guard outside WR while McGee move onto the slot.

3b-kevin everett-athletic TE had a less than an average college career but is athletic and will mix it up on the line.

4-Micheal boley-He might be drafted earlier, but his "lack of size" should make him a 4th rounder, I however don't see a lack of size i see potential to get bigger, Spikes was smaller than Boley when he came into the NFL. Boley is active. he is a better cover than Posey, better tackler, may even be better at getting after the QB from the OLB position, did I mention he is also faster and has better vision. Posey should be only a pass rushing specialist.

5-Courtney Roby-this is wishful thinking, I like his toughness, and his speed, he is an aggressive WR, willing to do what it take to become a solid pro.

6-Maurice clerrett-it would be like TD to draft him, as a third stringer he has value.

7-Albert Means-for depth, but won't make the team.

    bold prediction of the day:

Ron Edwards will make us forget about pat Williams, he is bigger, stronger, and faster than williams. and has had enough time to figure out the league and will this year.
