Here is my recipe for Pumpkin Custard Pie:
Ingredients:
1-9" pie shell
1- cup pumpkin puree
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of all purpose flour
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups of 2% milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, eggs, flour, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, milk. Beat until smooth. Pour into pastry lined pie plate.
Bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until set in the middle.
Dont forget to get coolwhip.
