  1. These Patriots do not scare me at all. The AFC East is up for grabs!

My exact thoughts - only way we make this postseason is to win the division. The wild cards will be out of the afc west (chargers broncos) and north (probably Pittsburgh or ravens or bengals).

I really like the way this KC game is shaking out, we just have to take care of the divisional games and maybe steal a few more (detriot would be a great start)

Let it go man...there is always next week, next year, next draft, next coach, next GM....

We should rationalized that great week 1 week 2 stretch was the peak. It was way too good to continue.

Thanks Terry for keeping the pain at home.

Yeah - it's only a game but for some reason I get too emotionally invested in a team that seems to always find a way to lose. I need an outlet to get over this sooner

  3. Today feels exactly like the day after the Atlanta Falcons game last year.

I want to call off work, I can't stop thinking of the JJ Watt and obvious PI on last offensive play. I drank too much yesterday an I can't stop thinking about how we were in PERFECT position to reach 3-1 or 4-0, we are now 2-2 with a qb controversy.

This is going to be a long long week and I don't see how we win in Detriot next week. We have to steal the detriot and / or New England game to save this season. Hope KC takes care of NE tonight to at least keep this interesting.

I don't listen to the game-day opinions of Bills "fans" who live outside of WNY/CNY. I watched the game with a lot of other Buffalo Bills fans here in Syracuse.

What a loser - I guess you can't be a "fan" unless you live in WNY. I am a season ticket holder and live 400 miles away - what's it matter? I buy seasons just to support the team I love and I find your comment extremely annoying

  5.

Joe is going to be live tweeting the game from the press box. They announced it a couple of weeks back. I think Pergament had a column about it in the News a couple weeks ago as well.

He's really good. The Pergament column seemed to indicate the team was moving away from the sideline reporter all together, because with all the commercial interruptions it was tough to get them into the broadcast.

What qualifications could a sideline reporter have besides spending tons of time with the team? There is no college degree in sideline reporting.

I would say some sort of former playing experience would be necessary given how much they rely on Joe for his "expert" advice. If he's just reporting on practice, games, etc that's fine. However when he's also expected to be an expert on player evaluation, play calling, etc., I don't see how he's qualified in that respect.

That's why when see nfl analyzed on espn, it's by former players (not sideline reporters).

When it comes to X's and O's and player e v a l (which he acts like he's an expert), what are his qualifications?

  6. I honestly cannot stand Joe B. He is looked to as some expert, but what background credentials does he really have aside from being an observer at practice? He never ever gives a straight answer (so damn wishy washy) and I thought he was a Packers fan anyways. He claim to be Mr. FSU, yet I don't even think he graduated there.

Lastly, I'll never forget how he was reporting Nassib and Barkley to Bills last year - nice insider info!

Sal would be so much better

  7. I like Seattle's team (Beast Mode, Russell Wilson), but I can't stand Pete Carroll . . . . That said, he would be instantly revered if he were to shame Bellicheat and the Pat*s in the SB . . .

Same here, hate Pete. That fake punt when they were destroying us in Toronto will never leave my memory of what a prick that dude is

I love the way harbaugh stuck it to his ass during the Stanford SC game

  8. Nicks has been bad the last few years, with injury having some contribution to that. However, right before that he was playing at the level of a top 5 WR (right behind megaton, Larry Fitz). During those playoff runs, he was dominant and I'm suprised his career has turned the way it did.

Being that he's only 25 and he fits exactly what we want (big WR, huge hands, has shown 1 status dominance), I would love to see him signed at the right price as long as his health checks out (past foot problems).
