I was at the last Bills game in Denver and it was not much better. While I probably deserved it while celebrating the Bills victory, I had a number of beer cans and bottles thrown in my direction. I have also seen the Bills play in AZ and SD and the experience was pleasant.

As a fan I couldn't care any less about this story. Can he play inside LB in the NFL. That is all that should matter. For the past decade OBD has paraded "good" or "smart" guys in front of us. Maybe it is time we bring in some people with an "edge" or maybe not of the right mind. I am fairly sure that you cannot be of right mind to play ILB in the NFL anyway. On a side note, he was smart enough to concoct this story and "we" and the "media" were gullible to fall for it. I say good job to him for having some fun in college!

The best part of the ending of the game was watching the NE fans. After a big win by the Bills, this was a nice "icing on the cake moment" 1. AZ gets a first down to effectively seal the game for AZ. Fans start to leave in a mass exodus. 2. AZ RB fumbles on third down and NE recovers. Fans start to run back into the stadium and to their seats. 3. Woodhead rips of a game winning run. Fans go nuts! Gronk called for a questionable holding call. Fans are ecstatic at one point. Outraged 10 seconds later. 4. Gostowski (who was 4/4 for FG to this point) misses the game winner. Fans leave in mass exodus again. Serves those smug F'ers right!

In case you haven't noticed, of the current contenders for the last wild card spot, only Cincy has won more games than Buffalo. None of those teams is good. I know some of you want to throw a temper tantrum and write off the Bills because they've looked terrible the last 3 weeks, but momentum can change quickly in the NFL. I think a 9-7 team will get a wild card this year. Find a way to beat the Jets next week and they're right back in solid position, amazingly. The Bills is not going to made the playoffs if the Bills continue to get injured. We was a good story early in this year, but us Bills fan must accept the fact we's not going to make this playoff.

WR's are a dime a dozen. We have put up great offensive numbers with a bunch of undrafted players. Ask any pro-personnel and they will tell you that D-Line is the lightest position each year in the draft. Many teams struggle just to bring in enough DL guys into camp to form a scout team. Marcell's impact is not as easily quantifiable as a wide receivers or a running back. I can tell this, no team is running well inside on us as they have in the past and at least two of the teams interceptions have been because of pressure from Marcell. His job primarily in this defense is to get pressure to disrupt plays and plug running lanes so the LB's a SS's can clean up. Judging on who our top tacklers are this season I would say Marcell was well worth the pick.
