  1. Anyone remember the SJ13 no catch against the Bengals a few years ago. The ref that was 5 yards away called it a catch, the ref that was 20 yards away came running in and said no catch. Then they went to replay and there wasnt enough evidence ( YES THERE WAS ) to overturn the call.

I hate SJ13 for making a simple catch look difficult and the refs for stealing the game.

Anyone remember when the ref threw a flag for holding on Kyle Williams? The flag hit him right in the facemask. Then the ref picked it up and said "There is no penalty for holding on the play"

    WHAT?

How about the time Watkins was getting raped by the defender who was not even facing the ball?

Nonetheless, Other than Detroit, the Bills have not beat a good team this year.

  2. Kyle Orton took lessons from EJ and the coaches: Running for the extra Yard will kill your knees.

Im pretty sure had the Bills signed Orton for 8 million per year he would have dove half a Yard short!

Take Norwood, Stevie Johnson, Mcluvin, Orton, Losman, Spiller, Jauron, Rob Johnson, Trent Edwards, Fitztragic, Brandon, etc....and sing the great Petty song:

    JAMMIN ME

  3.

Not really. That was wayyyyyyyyyyy overblown. The Bills were fighting each other, a scrap in practice. A lot of the players were cheering it, including Hughes. He had a quote in the paper saying that these things are part of training camp and implied it's all cool. Marrone is a coach who hates fights of any kind. Some coaches don't mind when their players show competitive spirit like that. Marrone then told the team that he doesn't like fights and they are intolerable. The very next day there was a fight. Hughes was not involved in it but yelled "Yeah!!" or something to that affect. Marrone yelled at him, not the guys fighting, and Hughes said something back. Marrone questioned whether Hughes wanted to be on the team. Then they kissed and made up in public and private.

They know he's a hothead. His played has clearly outweighed it. Lee Smith does it all the time too and he is not benched. So does Bradham. So does Pears.

Who is this lee smith and pears you are talking about?

  4.

Several of them were trying to get a jump on the snap. Mario and Kyle and Dareus have had their share of those, too. One was for congratulating a teammate.

He clearly has had too many though.

That said, do you take his overall play snap after snap after snap as a trade off? I would every single time. I think every head coach and DC would (which is why this thread exists). I guarantee some team or multiple teams offer him 10m a year to get so many penalties because they surely will know he got them before making their offer.

Agree, but he seems like a loose cannon. A player that will hurt the team at crucial times. And didnt he argue with the coach early in the year????

  5. Is too much to ask for our football team to win a meaningful game? Is it too much to ask for our franchise to turn things around in a faster manner than the past? Every year some teams turn it around. Cards, redskins 2012, panthers 2013. Seattle. Yet according to some, the bills are coming along just fine.

Tell u what section, I would get rid of hughes, orton would be backup at best, i would sign the best ol free agent available, i would sign the best available free agent qb, i would get rid of mckelvin. I would get rid of spiller.

That means i would have upgraded on oline, gotten the best available qb, and would have gotten rid of big time losers and chokers like mcluvin, countdown to 2000 spiller and mr attitude jerry hughes.

Is that good enough for ya????
