It's pretty bizarre that Trump supporters call his detractors Communist. Why do Trumpers always project their own issues on others? What else can they do? Let's face it. No matter what damning evidence comes out about Trump, they can never address it directly. They can only scream, Hillary and Hunter. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/justice-department/jan-6-defendant-arrested-obamas-home-guns-400-rounds-ammunition-van-rcna92094 The walls be closing. Edit: i forgot. They can also post emojis. Thanks for reminding me, Deek.

If you're bothered by what Biden did, you must believe that Trump should end up jailed for his acts. Right? There are good people on both sides, part 1,745,689. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/justice-department/jan-6-defendant-arrested-obamas-home-guns-400-rounds-ammunition-van-rcna92094

For the 2020 United States presidential election, Rasmussen Reports' final White House Watch survey of likely U.S. voters showed Democrat Joe Biden with a 1% lead over Republican Donald Trump, stating that "President Trump and Democrat Joe Biden are in a near tie."[7] Ultimately, Biden won the election by 4.5 percentage points. In 2018, Rasmussen Reports predicted that Republicans would win the generic ballot by 1 percentage point while the actual election results had Democrats winning by nearly 9 percentage points. This error of nearly 10 percentage points was the largest polling error out of major firms who polled the national generic ballot.

1. When found, Biden's people returned them. If Trump had done so, he wouldn't be charged with the offense. More proof that he is a total moron. 2. They weren't nuclear secrets. 3. Once again, the best you can do is what about the other guy, because you can't do anything else. I've probably asked 50 times in this thread for someone to say Trump is innocent. None of you can say that because even you know Trump is guilty.
-
Starting to feel like a locomotive picking up speed. When you cut through all the bullsh*t, it's pretty impressive that Trump supporters don't care if their guy may have shown nuclear secrets to people without clearance. The word "may" is awfully generous. If Bedminster comes into play, Trump will have wished he had followed the advice of his attorney that wanted to strike a deal. It would probably never have been accepted by DOJ. Now there is zero chance. Trump and his supporters would rather have Putin running America than Biden, while calling us Communists. The walls keep closing. Trump is going to prision. If folks like Kari Lake really do take up arms to stop it, like they say they will do, they too will go to prison. Trumpers respond with Hunter Biden, not that Trump is innocent, just like little kids point at others when they get caught. Trump and his guys are traitors, 15 years ago, who would have believed that Republicans would fall in love with Communist dictators. Their only hope is to get state legislatures to overturn the votes of the citizens. Reall law and order party.

Trump supporter waiting for the order from Trump to kill Americans. The order has already been given by Trump, and a few others like Gosar, but it needs to be spelled out in more detail for the less bright among them. And when the inevitable happens, Trump supporters, like some of the dirtbags here, will still be screaming about Hunter Biden's laptop and telling us that Trump is the man. As the walls continue to close on Trump, he prepares them to take down the government, creating anarchy.

I posted the law concerning Trump's actions. Your reaction is not even tangential. It's just avoid and attack. If Trump goes back into power, maybe you can become a party member of the newly formed Trump-MTG Party. Perhaps you could even run Bund meetings.
-
Westside still avoiding the point and the law. You folks are just as desperate as Trump, the friend to Communist and fascist leaders around the globe. And you call us Commies. Trump always projects his shortcomings onto others. His supporters do the same,
-
Again, another pinhead goes off on a tangent. You read the law (maybe). Understood it (doubtful), and were forced to change the subject. You folks are either terrified of reality or don't care, because you must defend your fuhrer. Were you with buddies holding Nazi flags in Florida or are they just your allies?
-
Apparently you didn't read the law. Big Surprise. Maybe bold lettering is something you can't read. And once again you were terrified to address what Trump did and changed the subject. Sometimes I feel sorry for you folks who can't offer up a defense of Trump. It must be difficult to always change the subject, but considering who you're defending, what other choice do you have? Another who can't read or more likely unable to handle truth. If a former President or Vice President finds Presidential records among personal materials, he or she is expected to contact NARA in a timely manner to secure the transfer of those Presidential records to NARA. Try again.
-
Have you read the law? The Presidential Records Act (PRA) requires the President to separate personal documents from Presidential records before leaving office. 44 U.S.C. 2203(b). The PRA makes clear that, upon the conclusion of the President’s term in office, NARA assumes responsibility for the custody, control, preservation of, and access to the records of a President. 44 U.S.C. 2203(g)(1). The PRA makes the legal status of Presidential records clear and unambiguous, providing that the United States reserves and retains “complete ownership, possession, and control of Presidential records.” 44 U.S.C. 2202. There is no history, practice, or provision in law for presidents to take official records with them when they leave office to sort through, such as for a two-year period as described in some reports. If a former President or Vice President finds Presidential records among personal materials, he or she is expected to contact NARA in a timely manner to secure the transfer of those Presidential records to NARA.

Mark that down as another no-answer.
-
Still no answer from the wannabe. Do you think Trump committed a felony by taking and refusing to return secret nuclear documents and showing them to people without security clearance?
-
World's record for shortest bow out. Your return hasn't yielded a thing. Do you think Trump committed a felony by taking and refusing to return secret nuclear documents and showing them to people without security clearance?? Should that be punishable by jail time? Tell me you answered it before.. Then you can bow out again.

Wrong. I wouldn't have sided with the jury, but surprised to learn that you don't understand why jury nullification occurred. Now let's focus in. Were you of the opinion that OJ was guilty before the trial? Or were you a blank slate awaiting the trial with no opinion at all before the trial? Do you think Joe Biden is guilty of any crimes? There hasn't been a trial, yet. Not even charges filed. Add this one to the list who has failed to address a pertinent point. He's bowing out. No, he's not. He can't help himself.
-
Yeah, who can forget when Biden tried to overthrow the election with his lead attorney bleeding hair dye?
-
Still playing the whatabout game. Regale us with tales of the freedoms enjoyed by North Koreans, again. You stepped in that one didn't you? The editorial board for the conservative National Review: “It is impossible to read the indictment against Trump in the Mar-a-Lago documents case and not be appalled at the way he handled classified documents as an ex-president, and responded to the attempt by federal authorities to reclaim them.”
-
You have no idea if he's guilty? You haven't been following any of this stuff, I suppose. Did you have any idea if OJ was guilty before the trial? North Koreans would like to have a word with you.
-
Actually, here's the law: (a) Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both. Trump has demonstrated intent, in spades. Biden and Pence haven't done that. They returned the discovered docs. Trump didn't and still hasn't. I realize that the actual law doesn't matter to you. In cults, laws don't matter. Did you answer whether Trump should be prosecuted in there in some sort of code?
-
When any evidence of Joe Biden committing a felony is presented, I will join you in the quest. Trump has already admitted committing felonies, even if done in stupidity, yet you can't say he should go to prison. You always play the same game and always avoid the point, but you can't help yourself, so you're merely a waste of time. Conservative Media Pundit Ann Coulter: "Every Republican should commit suicide in solidarity with Trump. Otherwise, we don't have a country." GOP Rep. Andy Biggs: "We have now reached a war phase. Eye for an eye"
-
So, Trump is guilty and should go to prison, right? When proof is presented of these allegations, I'll say put him in jail. Since we have proof of Trump committing multiple felonies because he's actually admitted it, why can't you say Trump is guilty and should be jailed? It's because he's your cult leader. Trump did luckily? catch the most advantageous judge possible, who will be able to delay the proceedings for her boy, but Trump can only become President again if state legislatures overturn the voters in a few states. Trump could however prevail in court because of jury nullification, much like OJ did. If legislatures do overturn the voters, the experiment of American democracy will be over. Pathetically, that would please many here and in the populace. They would sacrifice democracy in order to have a despot rule over them. I used to wonder how the German people could love Hitler. It's become much easier to understand.

The knock on Biden is that he's old. That is it. The knock on Trump is that he's a traitor and the most corrupt and dangerous politician in American history, although I am sure there were some pretty bad ones in the 1860's. That he's almost as old and twice as stupid are the lesser reasons for him to be kept out of power.
