Yeah I think that's a key improvement. With Cook now he can be stopped at the point of contact. Compare to Devin who can run thru a tackle. Cook's role the rest of this year will be significant, that speed threat

If you watch enough games, missing tackles is like a league wide thing. Skill O guys so fast & quick & elusive now, it's Really hard to tackle them one-on-one in open field
