  1. There is no comparison between Shanahan and Gailey. Shanahan is better in all counts and has the record to prove it. Shanahan inheritated a mess in DC, as did Gailey here. My guess is Shanahan will turn his mess around before Gailey is able to do so. I could be wrong on this, but I'm not. (This one time, I wish I was wrong. LOL.) Oh, and for the record, I would take Shanahan over Gailey in a NY minute. Okay by me.
  2. Well "Billy" thanks for admitting it. Anyone whose sole purpose is to single out, stalk and insult other members ad nauseum is a troll. Start posting about the Buffalo Bills as opposed to stalking and ranting on with goofy conspiracy theories that are whispered to you by voices in your pointy head.
  3. "PMS Hissy Fit"? Not sure where you are getting that, but most all of us agreed that Edwards was horrid last season. The only thing to change is Gailey. I don't believe Gailey has magical powers to make Edwards something more than what he is - mediocre. Sorry, you can be in a state of denial, I chose to call them like I see them.
  4. Actually, in reading your "quick trigger" judgments and accusations, one could easily come to the conclusion that you are the troll. I find you much more annoying than Dr. Z. At least he talks football, you just stalk and attack. Gentlemen, we have a troll onboard - he goes by Buffalo Billy and who knows what other usernames. LOL. Thanks. I'll start tracking this youngster.
  5. Errr...because Brohm has showed us nothing as well. Why the insults? Quite frankly, your work around here seems less than steller despite thousands upon thousands of posts. Two can play the insult game. LOL. Seriously, I think even you can get my point here - that virtually anyone dragged onto the field would be "as good" at the QB position as we have today. Just so you get it, that is hardly a ringing endorsement.
  6. Let me ask it a different way - why would you cosider Brohm to be better than Smith? Brohm has showed us nothing.
  7. Why the mystery? If the poster use to play for the Bills as he claims, and is now leaving the board forever, why wouldn't he just come out and tell us who? Problem is you can't believe anything "claimed" on the internet. Like Ronald Reagan use to say, "trust but verify". LOL.
  8. I'm with you guy. Virtually anyone would be as good as our 3 half talent QBs. Beyond me why the "great minds" on OBD had chosen to ignore the QB position. Another year of Edwards and Fitz under center makes me fit to puke.
  9. Sadly you are correct. I'm not sure why we are so cautious, timid, and just downright ignorant when it comes to boldly going after a franchise QB. Bomar may or may not be the guy, but one thing we do know is that our present QBs are not.
  10. Are you fricken kidding me???!!! Dag gone it! I thought that we just might have found a true diamond in the rough. Sigh. I think Bomar ends up being a star one day.
  11. Good post. Capers could help us as well. As for Jansen, he was quite solid up until a couple of years ago. He will most likely end up somewher. Are need is great. Thus, we should go get him.
  12. Understood. Pardon the typo. Unfortunately one can not go back and edit the subject line of a post started. Perhaps one of our mods can assist? Thanks again. BTW, any thoughts on the post subject? I'm all for picking up Jansen. He certainly better than what we have, despite his recent bad run on the injury front.
  13. I agree. Bomar would be a great pickup...and now at a cheap price. Let's do it!
  14. Hi guys. Do any of you see any possible pickups from the waiver wire that could immediately help us this season? OLinemen? QB's? Thanks.
  15. We should move in and pick him up. He certainly is on par with the guys we have. If we dont someone else no doubt will. I say why not?
  16. Billy, I have no idea what you are thinking, but you obviously have me confused with another poster. Would appreciate it if you would stop responding to my posts with accusations that are untrue. Thank you.
  17. That I did not know. Thanks for sharing. A talented football player as well as a man of class. Good for him. LOL.
  18. Not a bad thought...perhaps I will. LOL. Moats makes the grade when it comes to NFL caliber. It will be a darn shame if he is not on the roster opening day. We would be well served keeping and grooming this diamond in the rough.
  19. Buffalo Billy writes as if he has spent to much time on the funny farm. LOL.
  20. So what. Let him make the mistakes and learn during meaningless preseason games. Rooks don't come into the NFL and become overnight sensations before the season even begins. Moats will be fine. A great addition.
  21. Lawd help me, but I love the guy and wish he was starting somewhere in the NFL. Big kid, big arm, and a big heart. I'd welcome him with open arms up here. Agreed. He has a great gig at OU.
