Let's face it, Nix did a lot of the dirty work giving Whaley the luxury to pick the glamour picks and round out the roster. Could have been a quicker rebuild but we could be there???

Schobel for being a quitter.

Bring back Jasper.

1. Kyle Williams is not good against the rum
2. Kiko is too small to play MLB and was awful against the run down the stretch
But as others have pointed out it's the offense that is the problem. It has been for over a decade. The offense can't stay on the field and build leads. The defense wears down and the opponent runs to burn clock.
Sooooo...
The D is bad
Because the O is bad
Because the ST is bad
Hmmmm...
Maybe the team has just been bad
Turning a corner though.

I don't get all the piling on. He has had his share of mistakes, yes. But he is a solid contributor. I also do not get all the hype about needing an elite TE. He is not elite, I get it. But from my fantasy league experience, I'd say that there are less than a handful of elite TE. If we had one, we wouldn't pay the money to keep him. I believe he has produced more than enough to make up for any mistakes he's made.

Watching him firsthand at Rutgers, he was nearly unstoppable. I'd be all for signing him.

It is hard to prove but there does seem to be favoritism. Seattle's DBs seemed to get away with holding getting to receivers early and helmet hits. Reminiscent of Pats games. Of course would not have made a difference in SB. Just saying.

With that kind of interest, Byrd's trade value just may be better than his tallent, even as good as he is.

There is zero chance of the Bills taking a QB at 9...ZERO. Why don't ppl understand this
I am all for taking an OT at 9 or WR Evans
Any team taking Manziel in the top 10 is going to regret it but I don't see it happening and think once scouts get a look at him at the combine that his stock will start falling. He is a playmaker no doubt but don't think he is an NFL starting QB
Sounds like Teeeeebooooooow 2.0

EJ may need to think more about ball security when he runs. He was holding the ball one handed today just begging for someone knock it out. I also was really high on EJ early on, but now have him 50-50 at best for panning out. Still hoping for the best though.

What GREAT things r u r talking about that Manuel has done? I haven't seen any greatness... I think he plays the game w absolutely no emotion. And who wants humility from their QB? I want a cockiness that spreads throughout the team.. This is football, not student government. The problem w EJ besides his horrible accuracy and total lack of feel for the position is that he HAS NO ATTITUDE! That the team did not see this when scouting him is absolutely astounding. Bring on Johnny Football!!
Agreed. Used to think he was calm & cool. Now it looks more like he doesn't have any passion. At least Thad brought it each time he hit the field.

Dump anyone that has been: injury prone, made key mistakes at key times (choke artist), or has a tenure over 3 years. Oh wait, it may be easier just to sell and move the team. This team still might be good next year, but only if they can pull off another near perfect draft. Then again, if they strike gold in the draft they will just let them walk before paying them. Holy c#$& I cannot take this much more.

Like watching a train wreck. I just cannot stop watching - every detail. Painful.
-
Love to see they are constantly looking to get better.
-
What does that mean? Is that like "It is, what it is" ?
Depends on what the definition of is, is.
-
Even in a rebuilding year, they just might have 1 game where they put all the pieces together and win by a lot. This just might be that game.
-
We really missed Manny Lawson as soon as he went down. He's been covering the edge so well.
-
Geno Smith is barely clinging to his starting job. The only things saving him are his defense, and playing against the Falcon's secondary. Has he shown more arm talent, in spurts, than EJ has shown us? Yes. Do I wish we had taken Geno over EJ? No. Have some patience. The turds will sink to the bottom sooner than later.
Defense... & Sanchez

Anybody think Easley could fill in as CB? Crazy thought but WR have been known to switch earlier in careers. And we are depleted at CB.
-
Yes, finally we have a QB that at least attempts to use deception, and very well as times. Never understood why every QB would not do so.
-
Byrd must be so thrilled for Wood.

Overstating it a little. Moats, Legursky, Choice, Meeks, Dowtin, and a few others have looked fine. Biggest issue is with the corners and some of the OL depth.
Make that 24, Legursky looks done.
