  1. I think of him as way too small to last very long.

Have to get him the ball relatively close to the line as he'll get lost down field at his size.

He MIGHT be great, but I'd rather have a "normal sized" prospect than swinging for the fences with a VERY undersized guy.

Austin would not be a favorite pick for me. I think it is too risky given his lack of size.

Is Darren Sproles to short sir???

  2. On my life if that happened I might cry tears of joy... But as a Bills fan since first tooth I know my wet dreams turn to nightmares all the time with this team....

Wow...I'm no Kiper fan, but if that happened, I would be very, very happy. Tons of potential there.

That said, I think the chances are 0.00000000000000000000001%

To quote the great Lloyd Christmas "So you say 0.00000000000000000000001% chance? I have a shot then"...LOL....

  3. You guys really want Barkely at 8? Really, that high? Ok.. Well to each its own.. Not my cup of tea that's way too high....

I guess that I will take a crack at my ideal mock:

    1st - Cordarelle Patterson

    2nd - EJ Manuel

    3rd - Khaseem Greene

    4th - Justin Pugh

    5th - Vance McDonald

    6th - Tavares King

    Something like this

This would be great... If Geno is not there at 8...

  4. What I don't get is... How in the hell does Fitz getting cut makes us the worst team in football? I mean with him we must have been the worst team on the planet... Some people I swear.. And who cares we didn't sign anybody... We did the biggest signing last year and how that turn out? Just be glad we cut Ryan Fitzass thats all I wanted and I got it.. Im a have a good night sleep hope you guys do the same..

    ** SLAMS DOOR **

  5. CUT HIS A$$ ALREADY... Whats taking so long, I got sh*t to do.. Lets get this rolling so I can pop some bottles in this b***h time for a celebration...

Not necessarily. We have to play someone. There is every reason to believe that Fitz is as good or better than TJax, although many will debate this. But in an open competition, with a new offensive minded and open minded HC and OC with no real ties to either, I think Fitz will beat TJax out. A rookie would likely get killed right off the bat. So the worst case scenario may be the best case scenario.

It's even possible, if highly unlikely, that Fitz plays fairly well under a new coach and system. I'm not predicting it, but fans here are so sick of him their perceptions of him are 100% out of whack. Everyone acts like every pass he throws is terrible, when that's not the case, and he makes a bunch of amazing throws every game. And I'm sick of him myself.

Every pass he throws is terrible, where you been?? LOL...

  6. Stats again... why not just look at "highlight" reels over and over.... The real test is, how does a player look when faced with adversity by being down in the game by 20 points ? Can the QB make a comeback and win the game?

He appeared to be a shoo-in for the Heisman Trophy during a red-hot start to 2012, but then ran into significant issues in blowout losses to Texas Tech and Kansas State.

Over the first five games (five wins), he completed 81.4% of his passes with an astonishing 24-to-0 TD-to-INT ratio. Then, against Texas Tech and K-State, Smith had just a 57.5% completions and two touchdowns, along with his first two interceptions of the season.

In those two games, the opposing offenses jumped out to big leads and Smith struggled to rally his team and answer with the big plays that wowed us earlier this season. Against the Wildcats, he appeared hesitant and a tad gun-shy with his longest completion going for just 13 yards.

Smith stayed tough in the pocket, but his mental toughness has been questioned as he appeared uncontrollably discouraged on the sideline and had little answers for Kansas State's good, but far from great defense.

Despite his gaudy statistics, there are some warts to Smith's game. He takes virtually every snap from shotgun, is inconsistent with his set-up and delivery, often throwing off his back foot and has only average accuracy, at this time, on deeper throws -- especially those that require touch.

I don't like either QB in the first round with that #8 pick, both have too many question marks. I'd rather see the bills take an OT, Guard Chance Warmack, WR, LBer at #8 and then trade back into the first for Ryan Nassib who beat Geno Smith in the pin strip bowl.

Watch this game and then tell me which is the better QB....

Nassib didn't have a #1 draft pick at WR to throw to all season in Tavon Auston like Geno Smith did.

Did you really just say you'd take Nassib over Geno?? I just want to make sure I can read....

  7. just because barkley played at USC doesnt mean he will suck as a pro...Carson palmer was well on his way to becoming an ""elite"" QB before the devastating injury in the playoffs...never played the same again...(ala trent edwards vs the cardinals)...back to the point on coming from usc BS.... You mean to tell me if Andrew luck played at USC he would suck too as a pro?the whole OH NO HE IS A USC QB they suck in pros hopla is overblown and well just dumb

Did Andrew Luck play for USC? NO!! So that metaphor goes out the window.. You could have said would if Tom Brady played for USC then... Fact is USC quarterbacks suck 99.9% of the time in the league.. Palmer too... Didn't Adrian Peterson comeback from an injury? Didn't Tom Brady comeback from and injury?? Didn't Peyton Manning comeback from injury???? #Check
