Where do you think being competitive for free agents comes from idk maybe winning games, especially the vets still in the league. Where you gonna go a team with promise who finishes strong or a 1-15 team that is at ground zero. playing to lose is a cheer for less than mediocrity. But it's worked wonderful for Detroit

Wow that's a real football fan idk about you but I wanna see my bills win every game they can playoffs or not and it's not idiotic it just means I grew up liking and playing football. Think about the 53 guys on the roster you'd rather them all lose this season for a couple draft slots that's idiotic and is disruptive of the integrity of the game

Agreed I don't think anyone who suggests putting in brohm has ever played football. You don't bench the guy everyone knows should be the quarterback or people quit on you, give it up the guy is an unknown for a reason. Also when a qbs asked to throw the ball way more than handoff picks happen, overthrows happen, the dudes better than a backup

Why not? This guy could be starter after losing to the pats he's .500 as a bill and he never got a fair shake in training camp to get the reps or a full season to improve. He has a few throws that are kinda WTF was that but all the qbs who take chances have errant throws dude puts up 30 at new england and people are calling for Brian brohm give credit where it's due. And ps If you get thirty points on any team and you lose that's on the defense.

1) the stopwatch thing no time in the pocket is just as dependent on the line as it is the quarterback being able to feel the pressure around him and allow the line to create a suitable pocket. 2) what a lot of people don't understand is wide receivers in the NFL don't get open like you do in backyard football. The quarterbacks anticipation throws a wide receiver open. The problem Is Trent likes throwing to stationary targets and throws with no anticipation at all. Generally a receiver gets open after the ball is thrown unless the defense really screws up

Agreed, the guy won some games last year. Gailey is supposed to be this big qb guru but even our defensive coordinator perry knew fitz gives us a better chance to win.

i agree, why is the guy who ended the season the starter, and won more than one game last year completely disregarded is an option by the way he played in the same **** situation as Trent and actually did something with it. I'm all about giving brohm the reigns but you can't say fitz has no chance whatsoever he's a mobile guy maybe gailey can work some magic let the guys play a lil preseason before we all count this guy out

Im not sure which highlight reel you're watching but to me it looks as if edwards has the least highlights from the eight videos,fitz has been well fitz (average and aggressive) and brohm is the turnover machine and brown has the least footage. Personally id rather see it shake out to be fitz edwards brown with brohm cut but regardless of who starts well be sure to see the other guy play after the first gets hurt behind tinkerbell and this swiss cheese of a line anyways, sorry to be negative go bills!

Edwards proved he belonged on the bench last season behind a less than stellar fitz so Im going with the guy who won some games and actually kept me awake at the ralph Fitz 2011

I think by Trent saying he wasn't a fan he was simply trying to find a way out of fully answering the question,not exactly the fire you want in your franchise guy so excuse me but I think he is only reinforcing the laid Cali style and having an emotionless drone as a coach didn't help

I feel exactly the opposite. If I have to endure any more trent i might jump off a bridge, Fitz won some games. I dont understand the love for a guy who never had the deep ball and can only throw to recievers looking at him. At least when we saw the noodle arm fitz play we saw some nfl throws cut edwards, give fitz a year, and draft for the future next year. P.s. Brohm couldnt outplay flynn in a place where they know a little bit about good qbs.

brohm couldn't break the roster in gb who you know have seen some good qbs in their day can we stop saying he needs to develop and get better so he can be be our future starter, he is just as expendable as Trent and fitz who are both solid backups that's it

I just wish people would realize there was a reason fitz was our qb and Trent was on the bench last season. I don't understand why there are so many people willing yo bank the problems of a third round draft pick on a coaching staff. Also I cannot stand to sit in the stands and watch him throw a 5 yard out on third and twenty. Draft someone and let fitz make us look like an NFL team a bad one but at least one that doesn't belong playing in the ufl at least it was exciting when he came in and the when the rookies ready give him the reigns. And ps I understand Trent has more mechanichal and athletic potential but if anyone was at a game and saw is lame duck of a deep ball you can understand my distaste for him as a football player
