I’d argue he’s an upgrade in most ways to Tremaine. If Edmunds was manning the middle this year, his play would definitely be a drop off from Bernard’s.
Agree with you actually.

Needs to clean up the tackling, but man he’s way better than any of us expected, no real drop off from Edmunds, and really an upgrade in some ways.

Im more of this is on the players than on the coaches. Long enough sample at this point of them pooping the bed with drops, ints, poor reads, fumbles. It’s rough watching this team trying to pass the ball. I’m getting nervous on every drop back because I feel something bad is going to happen.

-3 Turnovers, and that 1 series with all the penalties, basically -4 in turnovers. Hard to get the pass going when you're coughing it up, Josh included. I still have no idea why he attempted that throw with an easy 4-5 yards right in front of him. Just keep the sticks moving bro! It's like they took the lead, and Josh said, you know what, lets attempt some high risk *****!

I feel like any back would have churned out yards against the Cowboys tonight, but Cook kept lining up explosive run after explosive run. Feel good for him, wish he didn’t drop that other would be touchdown. Hopefully he gains confidence off this stretch of games and realizes he can be a difference maker for this team.

This play is the one that bugs me about this game.
Me too. It just was so frustrating to run all those bubble rpos all game long, finally hit them with the counter they didnt expect and we miss the TD. Davis showed his frustration too, don't blame him, he was blocking on all those screens, and when his number got called with got nothing.
It's funny because Chiefs ran a similar concept against us in this game, almost same one the Eagles ran, and they missed the TD to Rice as well but at least they threw to Rice.

Allen has 12 more TD's than Mahomes and yet MVP odds are

+2200 AllenThree weeks ago Purdy was like +1800 or some *****, lol.

Purdy has been ridiculous, and he has one more hurdle with the Ravens, they pulverize that defense and it's probably his. Dak's up there too, but Purdy's just locked in right now.

He was under pressure again and didn't have time to get to Gabe
Well its just that the routes were all on the same side of the field so if he's looking at Kincaid he had some eyes on Gabe, but I understand the general point.
Football's hard.

Today's gameplan felt like they were not be confident enough winning CBvWR matchups, I mean we attacked with the backs and TEs more than WRs.
We did have Davis wide open for a TD though.

Diggs 4 catches on a billion targets and Davis no catches. I dunno how many targets Davis got but I remember a drop.
2 targets for Gabe.
Was wide open on the wheel bubble go route thought, should have had a td. Not sure how Allen didn’t see him but threw to Kincaid.

Daboll has anger management issues at times. I mean it's clear as day on the field, better to keep ***** in the locker room. His outbursts are all out in the open.
Maybe they don't get along, ***** happens, it's clear the Bills had some internal conflict but they kept that ***** in house for the most part until this recent expose. Problem with Daboll and the Giants is that it keeps spilling out onto the field during gamedays, I'm sure getting your clock cleaned every week will do that to some extent.

I don’t think it’s that. The Bills have long had a stance that they only give press access to media organization. They will not give access to bloggers or independent writers like Dunne. For example, year ago Erik Turner from Cover 1 tried to access credentials and was rejected multiple times. Even Jerry Sullivan and Bucky Gleason were rejected when they worked for the Buffalo Maven LOL
Not every franchise operates this way. I think Dunne’s vitriol is fueled by not being getting media access.
Got it, thanks for the info John!

Ty has really good access in nearby small market teams like Jacksonville and Cincinnati.
The team in his own backyard gives him no access. That is his ax
It's clear teh org doesn't like what's been reported in the past. Dunne's had Monos on his podcast plenty of times, airing some of the inside discussions about what went on even before McD took over, so the blacklist he's on comes from high up, lol.

copy and paste the link to the removepaywall.com site and it lets you do the full thing and click at the bottom to page two and 3
Normally I use the bypass paywalls clean extension but that doesnt work on substack.
Tried using your link not working for me. Insert Part 2/3 urls and still seems locked out.

That is so absurd. It can't be true right?
Because if it is....
It reads more like a joke taken in seriously there's no context other than the short blurb.
Like I could say that to someone off the cuff for a laugh. "How can you guys wear Jordans? You guys are the heavy equipment movers, I want boots and carthart. LOL"
I'm not defending it, just seems like we have 0 context and I honestly want to read the other stuff more than this small excerpt.

As Josh Allen said to Sullivan
"OK"

It's called desperation.
Engage 8 in Madden when you can't stop a thing lol.

The Bills D is why we spanked them. Average starting field position for the O was the 38 yard line. Enough said.
Yeah, the O scored, but the short field positions are why they had such an easy time of it. They didnt have to go on 78 yard drives repeatedly, and the 80 yard explosive TD to shakir was the cherry on top.

Kurt Warner just put out another All-22 on Dorsey’s offense.
Interested in other opinions on this, but the main theme, like a lot of others I’ve seen this season is: Dorsey has checkdowns built into every play, there is always a flat or a hot, and if Allen was patient he could take more of those, let plays develop.
But I don’t know how anyone could argue that there isn’t a lot of playmaking out there for the Bills and the margins/throwing windows are small, the Bills WRs don’t uncover that well.
Also, has Allen’s clock sped up because he doesn’t trust longer developing routes because his offensive line was bad in 2021-2022?
Watched it and understand what Warner is talking about. The one thing however he brought up and it really wasn’t touched again is how Josh starting in shotgun may be hurting him because he’s set to throw while the wrs are still not out of their breaks, and that maybe being under center could help with that which he does mention once.
Also, if anyone else watched this, did you feel like our wrs are not spaced out correctly, the field seems so crowded with some of these reads, feels like everyone is so close together and maybe that’s causing issues for Josh.
-
He needs to slow down the game, you can tell he’s got something but right now the speed of the game is too fast. Definitely a guy to keep an eye on. I like how they used him as a spy.

Couldn’t finish reading it, seems like bad fanfic. No issue moving away from McDermott, but this article seems crap. Even the fans used to cry when we ran Josh. Whatever, dude got his engagement with this *****. We barely ducking run the ball and he spends multiple paragraphs talking about our focus on it, lol

Love this dude, but he just doesn't get enough targets. Think he's going to hit 1k next year if he's given the opportunities.
