Small DT? Aaron Donald is 2 inches shorter and dominated everybody. The size factor doesn’t mean much able smaller DT’s can be every bit as disruptive or moreso if they have speed and power. This kid looks good. I don’t know why we all think we are experts. Everybody else passed on this Franklin guy too. Must be reasons and we have a ton of other needs.
Strikes me as a career back up, a Tim Settle 2.0. Issac will be a starter. Time will tell. Either of us are experts but we are both free to ponder the football draft nuances on this board.

Wanted Adisa Issac. Why is Beane sitting on a pile of 5th round picks? Move up! We need an edge, not another small DT. Issac would have been a steal only to have him snatched 2 picks away.

Franklin at 60 or OL or D?

Slow slow slow. What does Beane have against speed?

We signed Curtis Samual. Why would we duplicate that skill set?

Well, here's an idea. Let's trade down 3 or 4 more times and get every pick in the 5th round.

Franklin is better than any WR that went after pick 9 imo
Umm, no. Beyond bad combine and I just don't see adequate separation. NFL CBs will jam him and push him around.

Clearly Beane is in rebuild mode. More bodies on rookie deals while eating massive dead cap. His sights are set on 2025. 2024 is build but be competitive, but we don't have the horses to compete with the elite AFC teams. That and we just gave our nemesis another cheetah.

I'll send them Von Miller and a 4th for both.
Be realistic. Throw in Elam as well.

It worked for New England but as much as I love Josh he's no Tom Brady. If he was he would have passed to Diggs not Shakir on 2nd down.
I don't think they were talking at the time.

Two TE's and lots of slots then?

Whiiiich is why I'd rather trade the first for him than trade up!
My preference in order:
- Trade Down
- Trade First for a proven WR (Aiyuk, Higgins, someone)
- Stay put and draft BPA
In no circumstance to I trust Beane's ability to pick the right guy after trading the farm to move up, and I just don't think a guy like Thomas is worth it.
- Trade Down (ehh, maybe)
- Trade First for a proven WR (Aiyuk, Higgins, someone) Not happening. Beane wants younger and cheaper
- Stay put and draft BPA 👍

Ha! That’s why I’m posting it. Just waiting around for the draft. Almost included that line in my post
Hear you. I am topic'd-out and really anxious for some action. On the receiver train...

Man, no offense to the OP but the draft can't come soon enough.

Had to go with 0. Pushing 70 with five right shoulder surgeries (Right handed) and a slightly torn meniscus. As Clint Eastwood says, "a man has got to know his limitations."

Don't we have another thread with this same insane suggestion? If you're going to post a crackerdog take, the least you can do is be original.

Gotta break this up:
Marvin Harrison Jr. Montreal Alouettes
Rome Odunze, Hamilton Tiger-Cats
Ladd McConkey, Calgary Stampeders
Brian Thomas Jr., BC Lions
Xavier Worthy Toronto Argonauts

Stupid looking beard and a general fatigue of all things Chiefs.

Well, he's a Bill and one of us now and I will cheer him on. That said he's not a X and now one of many Bill pass catchers working the middle of the field. Still nobody for DCs to fear deep. No elite speed anywhere on this offense. I guess we're doing slow explosive plays.
