There’s never once a time where a game like this goes our way. How is it even possible that we are on the wrong side 100% of the time? You just expect it and know it’s coming. None of us deserve this

Any time left on the clock is too much time under McD. A team reflects its coach...and this team chokes time and time again. How many more times are we going to watch the same movie? McD's Bill cannot finish. Period. They let teams back into the game repeatedly.  Pegulas need to make a call on McD as he p*sses away yet another year of Josh's prime.

The oline is not the issue.  Most of the blame is poor scheme, poor qb play and decision making, as well as penalties, turnovers, ***** special teams, poor coaching, injuries, and a mental midget at QB.

This OL is below average at best. RT is going to get Josh killed. Good DLines push us around. Great teams have great OLs. Not us.

This is a small brain issue.  The Bills have the best OL under Allen.  Keep trying.

Do you watch the games? We can't make a yard on a vital 3rd and 1. We gave to throw from the shotgun.  Brown and Morse are pushed on top of JA half the time. Yes this is the best OL JA has had but it's far from good enough. Try again.

Hard to make plays when your qb throws it to the guy covering you. Cincy game.

If your qb keeps making boneheaded decisions it really doesn’t matter who’s calling the plays.

That's what a real OC does, figure it out and scheme to a Q 's strength.  Dorsey must have figured shotgun draws and long passes on 3rd and 1 would save the day.

What a leap in logic. There was nothing said to indicate that at all.

There is. Dorsey was Josh's pick for OC. They had a buddy to buddy relationship and not a mentor relationship he had with Daboll. Josh has played like crap. Is it him or the scheme. Now that the year is shot, time to find out.

My educated guess would be Beane stays for the moment  (benefit of the doubt earning a short leash for drafting Allen) but won't take very much for him to get sent packing too

If Beane stays perhaps he may learn that OLs are important and that 10 crap Jags is less than 5 quality players.

DC's are smart. Very smart. They watch the film. They take away what you want to do and force you to adjust and do something different. Its up to the offense..up to the QB...to make the adjustment and take what is left to them. Do that well and it forces the defense to do something else..opening up what you did originally..what you want to do.

Defenses know that Allen will throw it to them.  No need to readjust.  They know he'll beat them at times..a few plays here, a few plays there. But until he stops giving it away, they'll swallow their medicine on a few drives.

Guys..his game isn't growing. If he has to be "freed" and allowed to do what he wants, thats not growth. Because teams aren't going to let that happen.  You can harp on coaching all you want...and yes, coaches had issues..but Allen needs to grow his game. He needs to stop pouting and looking lost and moping through a press conference and the turnovers have to stop.

I don't think they will.  This is who he is. He's not a savior. He's a highly talented kid with major flaws. And teams are exploiting those flaws.

Valid points. But you grow your game when your OC is your boss and not your buddy. Josh needs a guru to make him grow as a QB. He regressed a lot under Dorsey.

Be careful here. You'll get some homers in here show up and puke on you or roll their eyes on you because "who are you?" "You're just a couch QB who knows nothing. Those coaches are professionals!"

You and I and others with functional brains know that it ain't rocket science out there, but amazingly, many in here think it is.

Right. But then just point to the results. Our elite QB is a turnover machine and we insist the way to get a 3rd or 4th and one is to shotgun 5 yards from the LOS. Mostly due to the crap OL we have.

Gotcha, in all my years of posting on message boards I can tell you that not once have I read a Benglas fan trash the city of Buffalo and ALL the people that live there, much less an entire state like that.  Interesting to see that you condone this.

Bengals beat the Ravens for Buffalo, rooted for the Bills in the playoffs thereafter, and Cincy totally respected the Hamlin incident.  Trash like that simply reeks of jealousy and childish anger due to the Bengals current success, IMHO.  You guys stay classy and do you.

    This Burrow's mom?

He certainly doesn't suck. He's just not a difference maker. Good fit - and I hoped last year the Bills would have a shot at him in free agency. Certainly wouldn't have surrendered a 3rd rd pick for him.

Last year we had Tre. This year if Jackson or Benford go down we got Josh Norman. This is a solid pick up and if Tre does come back, a potentially great CB tandem.

There’s a large correlation between a lack of stars on defense and our inability to close out games on defense.

It’s not that we are chokers. It’s that our defense is full of average NFL talent.

Not on the D. Offense should have closed out the game and not punt it back. Great teams and

QBs wouldn't have given the ball back. Our offense cannot close games out, give the ball back for white knuckle time repeatedly.

Would you care to provide evidence that McDermott's defensive timeouts hurt the Bills?  Otherwise, it's likely an irrational complaint.

This is at best, unproven. There is a much likelier chance that Mayfield and his linemen heard the whistle and stopped the play. Moreover, there is the chance that McDermott saw something that could have resulted in significant Tampa gain.

    We'll never know.
