    Going with Oliver on defense and Kincaid on offense.

    Should Dorsey come down to the sidelines?

    Im not a fan of Dorsey or his system but hes not going anywhere during the season. Matt Canada of the Steelers was made to come to the sidelines and their offense is doing better since he did. Our Offense should be spectacular but its misfiring like crazy, maybe if Dorsey comes down, the offense comes up by a score a game , which theoretically would make us undefeated.

    the zone defense was great for 5 years against average to below average teams. They have drafted high round, non-impactful pass rushers and in turn had to pay 140 million dollars to a 33 year old pass rusher to overcompensate.

    whenever this zone defense faces elite quarterbacks it gets shredded. This is nothing new and has been exposed over and over and over again. 
     

    Everyone keeps saying we’re stuck in the mud, I think we’re lacking high end talent

     

    We have high end talent on offense , the coaching staff is refusing to adjust and stick with concepts that are ineffective.

     

    The defense is lacking talent but that is due to injuries and are holding up well enough.

    Over complicated passing game ,simpleton run game ,constantly in shotfun, not using playaction  and failure to stay with up tempo means he needs to be replaced immediately.

     

    This Dabol offense doesnt have tom Brady.

     

    We need the Shanahan system AND let Josh be Josh and we will be unstoppable , we have John Elway , we now need his offense.

    i cant believe the coaches are this stupid. Dabol brought in the Tom Brady offense without Tom Brady. McDermott loves the run game but yet allows this nonsense. If he doesn't fire Dorsey and bring in a New system then he needs to go.

     

    we should have brought in Greg Roman as running game coordinator, nobody better than him at designing a run scheme.

    NFL Needs to Recognize Pre-Super Bowl Era

    Several teams who have never won a Super Bowl, have actually won multiple championships before that era began.  They include the Cleveland Browns (4), Detroit Lions (4), Buffalo Bills (2) and Tennessee Titans/Houston Oilers (2).  As a fan of the Bills, I know the frustration that exists over never hoisting the Lombardi Trophy and awful feeling like they will never get it done.  I often wonder if some of that could be alleviated if the NFL would just acknowledge more than 56 years of league history.

     

    The Bills last championship was in 1965.  They have two overall.

    The New York Jets last championship was in 1969.  They have one overall.

    The Miami Dolphins last championship was in 1974.  They have two overall.

     

     

    I can get on board with this but it still wouldn't feel like a Superbowl championship because of how big the league is now.
