9-8 is the most realistic record given the schedule ahead (losses to Bengals, Eagles, Chiefs, Chargers and Dolphins). Don't think that's gonna make the playoffs. Team isn't exactly headed in the right direction.

He’s too coachable. They’ve coached the fun factor out of him and made him taller Derek CarrIt could be that Allen's style of play just isn't sustainable over a long career. He has to run to be most effective and he keeps getting banged up with injuries that aren't enough to keep him out of games but hurt his performance.

I hate to bring up another issue, but the Bills, already banged up, including Allen's shoulder, have to play on short rest Thursday. This could easily turn into the season from Hell.

I’ve never said anything negative about Josh on this board, but here it goes. I agree with the McD doubters, but how does an elite QB look so bad through entire halves and quarters of multiple games? It’s happening too often, and Josh needs to be added to the list of people who need to get things right.
I agree Josh gets far too much of a pass on this board, but I think the shoulder is a material problem. It's affecting his accuracy and limiting his ability (or desire) to run.

This doesn’t look like the same Bills team even from last year. Dorsey is a bum and needs to go. He’s single handedly holding this offense back. If your QB is struggling then u should make the offense easier for him. Tired of these long developing drives that go nowhere but eat time off the clock
Dorsey isn't the only problem. Allen's shoulder is a problem for a couple of reasons. First, Josh clearly isn't as accurate as he needs to be. Second, he isn't running anyway near as much as he has done in the past. Take away Josh's running, he is an above average but not elite QB, not to mention the Bills' receiving crew as a whole is mediocre at best.

missing 5 starters on defense. I don't know why people don't get this still.
Not just starters, but 5 of the best starters. Plus Miller is active but essentially useless. It isn't surprising they couldn't get a pass rush today. Not to mention the CB situation is dire. McD has issues as a head coach, but this D is terribly undermanned due to injuries.

The Arizona Wildcats are a better college team than the Bills are an NFL team. Did not have that on my bingo card at the start of the football season. Turn out the lights people, the season is essentially over.

Beaten by Mac Jones... Let that sink in.. The season is officially garbage time from here on out. One sack today. Saving Von Miller... For what? Next year??!!
Miller hasn't done anything when in. He clearly is not the old Von Miller.

I’m really curious why they picked up that flag earlier in the drive.
Pats did outplay us though.
I think they thought the pass was thrown before the center got too far downfield. Not sure if it was a good call or not but hey, the Bills got quite a few calls going their way, so it wasn't the refs' fault today.

Didn't deserve it today. This team needs to make some changes and quick.
Unless some of those changes involve miraculous recovery of the best defensive players, its not going to help.

Sigh, it sucks to be a Bills fan.

Oh well, it's been a good run.

I just want a win, I don't care how ugly. Worry about some of obvious problems later.

Josh was 11/11 at that point. God forbid someone outside of Diggs makes a great catch. This BS is making me puke form you so called fans. If Josh doesn’t put it between the numbers with just the right amount of speed at the exact moment in the space time continuem it’s a drop. And ultimately someone will say ‘bad throw’
who cares players should make plays!
Because it was a bad throw. He was not under that much pressure and he short-armed it. Just because I don't go to bed sniffing Josh's jock doesn't mean I'm a "so-called fan."

Knox dropping that ball is all you need to know about him, IMO. The quicker he gets phased out the better.
C'mon, what should have been an easy throw was badly underthrown. Josh is not perfect, and it was a worse throw than a bad catch.

Josh showed up. Can't make Knox catch it
Sorry, that was a terrible throw. Yeah Knox could have caught it, but it was an easy throw and Josh short armed it.

A win is a win, but not feeling too good right now.

I also not that if Josh's shoulder is too fragile, why the hell did he go crashing into people during the melee.
-
If the QB is too hurt to run the QB push, he's too hurt to play.

They refuse to do that this year. This year is all about not getting 17 hurt
Then put in the other Allen. It's an automatic TD. What clusterf*ck.

This. Can you think of anything creative, innovative, or just plain different that Dorsey has done since he became OC? He was given the keys to a Porsche, and he drives like a Ford Pinto.
This reminds me of long ago the Univ. of Arizona hired a guy named Ben Lindsey as basketball coach. He came from what was then a NAIA school. His quote was "if you can drive a Chevy you can drive a Cadillac." Well, he drove that Cadillac into the ditch, and Dorsey may be driving the Porsche into a ditch.

I disagree with this.
Nobody is out there half-steppin it tonight.
Both teams are bringing it.
If so, that may be the most damning thing anyone has said tonight. If the Bills, at home, can't deliver against a terrible Giants team, what does that say about the Bills' prospects?

He did not.
Josh plays like Superman = bills offense looks competent
Josh struggles = no one can save us.
Every team in the NFL isn’t like this.
It's the lobotomized look on his face that gets me. Maybe it's just coolness under fire, but he looks like his mind is elsewhere.

Can’t blame the D......absolute horse-crap performance by the offense.
Thankfully, they are only down 6-0.....time to get it in gear in the second half!
I blame the clown suit uniforms.

Except his shoulder is banged up. It's hurting his consistency and would only get worse if you start running him intentionally. That's the conundrum with Allen. Not running takes away his superpower, but running damages what he needs to be able to consistently do, which is make accurate throws.
