Who the heck is Kelley? I can't find him on any previous Bills roster.
drink a few beers, you'll find him. he was before Flooty and Bledsow. and well after Allin and even Tierod.

progress, not so much. heart, yes, quite a bit. but...we need a guy that can throw the ball to receivers where they can run after the catch. is he that guy, i sure hope so.
-
possibly. but they have the worst offense in the NFL, so wtf does it matter? (don't mind me, i am really mad and quite inebriated)

Lol I think that's the thought process of the Bills fanbase. As QB play goes down, drinking goes up!
for me..this is the guy that my team chose, so i am all in on this guy. so through all the faults and flaws, i am with him 100%. until the day comes when he needs to be benched and everyone associated with this regime needs to be fired. oh, **** me! i am getting too old for this ****!

either way, peterman should be cut. if allen can play, i think you play him. he has got to get as much experience as possible, because we need to know whether he is the guy going forward, or just another guy between kelley and ________.

i see what you did there. and to be honest, initially i did swear at my tv at high volumes on draft day. but...i am a Bills fan, so i am all up on the Allen train now.

i am just hoping for the same thing i am always hoping for...that our young qb shows signs of improvement and the occasional spark of ability that shows why he was drafted where he was and why we gave up what we did to get him.

Yolo my man!
All is well indeed--Mrs. Bandit is due with kid #3 (daughter #1) any day now, so I've been furiously preparing for that...hence my limited time here
congratulations! and if your daughter turns out anything like mine...you have my condolences.

He's rounding into form just as his rookie contract approaches its end. So a guy can tank it for a couple of years, then find religion and improve a lot in order to cash in on free agency.
or...he's a young kid that has been thrown millions of dollars to play a game and is now maturing and realizing what it takes to separate from the rest of the pack.

Can’t see a deal getting done. Bills are rightly asking for a lot but Eagles would have to be hugely desperate to meet Bills’ demands.
this sounds about right. i think we really like shady as an organization. and if you want him, you are going to have to pay for him. having said that...McCoy is a pa guy, and i believe playing for the Eagles meant more to him than a paycheck. so if he wanted to go back home to finish his career, possibly win a championship, and walk into the HoF as an Eagle...i would be fine with trading him.

If Allen goes to the Bench for any reason other than Injury. This Team just has NO IDEA what they are doing reference QB
agreed. there is just no way you take allen out now. if there are regrets about keeping him in there in this "trial by fire", then perhaps they should have had the foresight to sign a true vet like this early in the offseason.

I too appreciate the OP’s optimism...however I am in s place where wins and losses no longer matter anymore to me... and honestly, it’s a nice place to be. ?
i am living here as well. however, i am not opposed to the team breaking off a little winning streak! i would just love to see a few games of growth and improvement strung together.

I actually don't think the Bills need to go for Clowney. Murphy and Hughes can hold it down next year. Unless they get a good pick for Hughes I don't see DE as a big need. If we end up #1 overall I'd take Bosa but otherwise I'm trading down for picks and spending as many resources as possible on offense. Might even trade down from #1 if we get a good haul.
this is what i am screaming from the mountain top! coach McD should be able to scheme up this side of the ball, and develop the current investments that have been made here. this team needs players to help score points, and lots of them. next year they had better be spending considerable resources on offence, or else 2019 could end up being coach's fairwell tour.

oh no...i knew that wasn't just a fart!

I feel similarly, but also feel like we’re playing Russian roulette with Allen’s ACLs very week he goes out there with the cupboard so bare in terms of his protection...just have to get him through this year in one piece!
there are certainly times that he is under heavy pressure very, very quickly. but there are also a lot of times he seems to be spinning and running right into pressure. i think he needs to learn to operate under pressure and "win from the pocket". be needs to work through his progressions quickly, recognize coverages and blitzes, and know where his hot reads are. but yes, i am also hoping there is no significant injury during this on the job training.

The Bills aren't likely to win another game this season unless they luck out and play a team in a trap game situation after they (the Bills) embarrass themselves by making another mediocre team look like Super Bowl contenders ... or unless they play another game in a snowstorm.
i think they will get a couple more wins. the vikings game showed us that they are capable of playing a damn good game if everything goes right. the other three games have shown us that our margin for error is miniscule. i am just hoping to see flashes and growth.

I’m a lot more frustrated with Beane (and the Pegulas) than I am with McDermott.
i don't know...isn't Beane just Doing the coach's bidding? or aren't they at least "in lock step"? i definitely get the impression that this team is being torn apart and will eventually be built up in McDermott's image. and as long as he spends serious, serious time, effort and resources on the offense next year, i am fine with that.

What positions would you draft? Forget about free agency for now

offense. early and often. i am really hoping they go 80% offense in this draft. you can grab a couple db's in the later rounds, but they need to add a lot of young, skilled offensive talent.
