This is just factually wrong. I don't know why you end each of these with cases not being resolved when a little research on each Criminal case shows that they were indeed resolved.
Deshaun Watson: Reached settlements on 20 of 24 civil suits on 6/21/22. 3 more cases settled on 7/31/22. Suspended 6 games in August of 2022 for cases settled. Revisited by the NFL and extended to 11 games.
Alvin Kamara: Arrest on 2/6/22. Took Plea Deal pleading guilty on 7/11/23 to Misdemeanors. Suspended on 8/4/23 after case resolved.
Chris Lammons: Warrant issued for arrest on 2/16/22. Took Plea Deal pleading guilty to Misdemenors on 7/11/23. Suspended on 8/4/23 after case resolved.
Zay Jones: .... you literally say in your post that the charges were dropped in March of 2024. He was suspended on 8/23/24 after case resolved. How can you say the charges were dropped but the legal case wasn't resolved?
J.C. Jackson: Arrested on 9/25/23. Case resolved in early October 2023 after appearing in court and completing an online course for reckless driving. Suspended on 8/23/24 after case resolved.
Von Miller: Arrested on 11/30/23. Girlfriend recanted her statement of wrongdoing on Miller's part, so no charges were filed. Never a case to even resolve. Suspended in 10/2024.
You're incorrect on all of these. None of them had been resolved. While a plea deal may have been negotiated, it's not official until it goes before the court.
And if there's no case to resolve.. then why a suspension?

That's because the legal process hasn't played out with Rice yet. The league doesn't hand out suspensions until after criminal charges or civil suits have been completed. Save for heinous acts caught on video (like with Ray Rice), that will have the league put you on an exempt list until things play out.
Rashee Rice's criminal matters have yet to be resolved. Justin Tucker's allegations didn't include criminal charges or a civil suit. This is also why Von Miller got suspended fairly quickly compared to others - his girlfriend didn't go forward with criminal charges or sue him.
Deshaun Watson (2022 Suspension) - Watson faced multiple civil lawsuits, but no criminal charges were filed. The NFL’s decision was based on its investigation, which preceded the resolution of most civil cases.
Alvin Kamara (2023 Suspension) - Kamara’s legal case was ongoing at the time of the suspension. The NFL’s suspension was announced in August 2023, based on its investigation rather than waiting for full legal resolution.
Chris Lammons (2023 Suspension) - Lammons faced legal proceedings that were not fully resolved at the time of the NFL’s suspension. The league acted based on its own findings.
Zay Jones (2024 Suspension) - ones was arrested in November 2023 for misdemeanor domestic battery in Florida. The charges were dropped in March 2024, but the NFL’s investigation determined that a suspension was warranted based on its findings. The suspension was announced before any further legal actions, such as civil suits, were resolved.
J.C. Jackson (2024 Suspension) - Jackson had an arrest warrant issued in Massachusetts in September 2023 for failing to appear at a court hearing related to 2021 reckless driving and speeding charges. The NFL’s suspension was based on its investigation into his overall conduct, including the 2023 warrant, and was imposed before the legal case was resolved.
Von Miller (2024 Suspension) - Miller was arrested in November 2023 for an alleged assault on his pregnant girlfriend, but no formal charges were filed by the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. The NFL’s investigation concluded that Miller violated the policy, leading to the suspension before any further legal proceedings.

I'd imagine the Dolphins have to be interested looking at their backfield and that they're trying to get rid of Ramsey

Actually it’s not. No disrespect…but…You just stating your opinion doesn’t make it BS.
I’m not claiming he is getting released…but I’ve also heard there is real substance to this from people I trust.
Doesn’t mean it’s imminent, but the Pats are looking at how to get back some of the guaranteed money if they do. There are already things not meshing well with the coaching staff that go beyond the boat and Vrabel isn’t thrilled with the situation right now. And Vrabel wields a big stick there right now. Can it be salvaged still…sure…but to outright say it’s BS and has no chance of happening is not accurate.
If I was forced to choose between whether he is on the team week 1 or not, I would lean towards he probably is. But I also wouldn’t be confident enough in that to place a wager on it either and just rule out a release.
Are there any other caveats you'd like to add? If Diggs is cut, it's because he can't play and they will not cut him until they know that which won't be soon. As I said, it will not happen until he "sees the field" which is just as true now as it was prior to the video being released.

There is buzz the Pats might release Diggs, not just over the boat incident either…including things like questioning if he’s really all in there in NE.
He better find a way to convince people in NE he is worth keeping around and fast because there is no way at 31, coming off an ACL, and then being released (if he is) that he will get anything close to what NE gave him which honestly was already a legit shock.
He gets released then he better be ready to play on a cheap 1 year deal because that’s all he will get, if even that.
This is made up BS to capitalize on the attention and get views. There is zero chance he gets released before he sees the field.

Heard something yesterday on Sirius XM that 2nd rounders seem to be the toughest to get signed this year. Agents have been showing teams that 2nd rounders are nearly as successful as first rounders, but they have a much lower pay scale and no 5th year option. Agents are looking for more guarantees and incentives, and front offices are balking.

wgr said something that a couple second rounders signed fully guaranteed deals and now all the agents are looking for thatOn May 8, Higgins signed a fully guaranteed four-year, $11.7 million deal with the Texans -- the first of its kind for a second-round pick. A day later, the No. 33 overall selection Carson Schwesinger signed a fully guaranteed contract of his own with the Cleveland Browns.

If a league wants to really compete with the NFL, they should go full mutant league football. Don't test for anything, let players take what they want.. let them get cybernetic limbs.. let them do whatever they want..

Wasn't there speculation that we changed coaches (a DB coach, I think) to help Elam...that he needed a fresh start? And he's happy going from Buffalo to Dallas because he needs a better culture? Good luck with that.
Hey, Cocaine is a culture too!

Devante Adams just had his worst year and is 32, but let's put him at 16..
Brown over Jefferson is certainly something someone could do and I guess, if I was smart person and wanted to generate attention.. I would.

The jets started OTAs.. the Jets fans are already declaring the team offseason champs as Fields completing a long ball (in shorts with no defense) and Aaron Glenn is giving players high fives.

If they're on the roster for years, but only play the equivalent of a single season.. does that count?

I appreciate that you are showing data but what you should notice is that while the time to throw, sacks and overall QB hits are down.........the scrambles per dropback are higher than 2020 or even 2021.
That scramble figure should be much less now than it was back then. He's a much smarter QB. He's seeing the field and getting the ball out quicker.
And yet he suffered his first two concussions since 2019 and took a number of other hits in the same area of the field that would rank among the more violent of his career in 2024. I attribute that to the failure of the receiving corps to create enough big plays on schedule. While the TD dive against SF was Allen's most memorable play of the year, the rest of them were mostly throws made along the sideline. The TD to Shakir in Baltimore, the subsequent KO in Baltimore on the failed trick play, the KO in Houston the bombs(and huge hits taken) in LA and Detroit. The last offensive play of the season was literally Allen scrambling right and unleashing an arm punt that Kincaid dropped.
What is the scrambles per dropback data?
