  1. Well guys your all missing the main point . These are the guys we have to play with, so analyze it all you want. But at the end of the day we have Fitz and TE, theres no savior around the corner. I have heard nothing but bitching and moaning about anyone who has played QB since Kelly. Deal with it, this is who we have. So lets hope for the best and a few wins. I forgot how many pro personnel gurus we have on this board. But i think if half of you werent bitching about something you wouldnt be happy.

    Finally, somebody said it.

  2. That slant got the Bills more then a FG or another chance to punt, so I say I hope Trent did learn that from Ryan. Finally getting Lee involved in a game is not a bad thing, seems Trent is allergic to that

exactly what i was trying to say via sarcasm. TE if he has any clue at all, with the speed we have and athleticism, should be throwing those all day. Seems like Fitz finally did what trent refused to do so many times.

  3. I really like this Ryan Fitzpatrick fella,

I don't by any means think Fitz played a great game, but he played the QB position the way it was meant to be played and TE could probably learn a thing or two by watching him. Given a week under center with the starters this week I think Fitzpatrick gets the job done again against the Panthers this coming up Sunday.

The way it was supposed to be played? Going 10-25 with 1 Td and 1 INT, going 0-3 in OT with that interception? what could TE possibly learn that he hasn't heard from a fan, throw a slant to Lee?

  4. I don't think you are right at all. Look how Pierre Thomas smoked us in the second half. Lynch will do the same, he will come out running hard and will get a lot of touches. Lynch is very talented. Freddie is good but he is not as good as Lynch.

all opinion my friend, all opinion. Hard to debate against Jackson's 300 yds and 5 yds a carry avg. Oh yeah, forgot to mention he is also the leading receiver with 15 grabs for 189 yds...What can you really say to that?

  5. That's right strength and conditioning will keep us from broken legs, broke or torn ligaments in the thumb, broken arms from getting into the pileup, torn up knees from other players rolling up the back off your legs. If it was hamstrings, pulled muscles, cramps, i would agree, but its actual honest injuries from hard contact. Football.

glad i didn't have to point out the obvious.

  6. Did anyone notice that Jauron looked like Bernie from Weekend at Bernie's ( after he died of course ) every time the camera went to him. He didn't move. I barely saw his lips move....

Payton was up and down the sidelines "into" the game...Yelling at the officials, his players, his coaches.....

Don't you think the players feed off of a coach with energy, even at the Pro level??

Oh well, I know all this has been said a million times before, but today it was VERY noticeable. Almost embarrassing for us Bills fans...

Players respond differently to different types of coaches, you have the coaches like Cowher, and Gruden who were both successful as high energy coaches, but then you have coaches like Dungy who was pretty much tame for the most part. I don't even think Jauron looks remotely alive, at all...and when you are 1-2 and havent made the playoffs in a very long time, maybe it's time to light that fire under your own ass.

  7. Something is dreadly wrong with the offense. We're supposed to believe that both Lee Evans and TO can't get open? Please. It's a combination of lousy play calling by AVP and a QB who isn't capable of throwing the deep ball.

There is something wrong with the offense, but you really can't sit here and say Trent can't throw the deep ball, he OVERTHREW T.O. today on a long ball, more than 50+. We are wondering why they arent open? if they arent somebody has to be...you cant double cover them both, every play. T.O. should try to instill trust into Trent by sitting him down and reassuring him to just throw him the ball when in doubt, sometimes, you have the let the playmaker, be a playmaker. I know T.O. has his drops, but if he starts catching 10 balls a game, i don't care if he drops one. I felt bad for the guy in the 4th quarter and we couldnt get him a catch, even though he had one or two opportunities. Trent will be fine, but for some reason it seems like he is taking A LOT longer to adjust to being an NFL QB. Not sure why, but just observing.

  8. They were not doing the wildcat in camp to help the defense, as you could tell if you were there all of the emphasis was on the offensive side of the ball.

Everyone uses size as the reason roscoe can never succeed as a receiver in the nfl. Roscoe is 5'9" 171 lbs. Steve Smith is 5'9" 185lbs. Darren Sproles is 5'9" 181 lbs. Roscoe ran a 4.37 40yd dash and sproles ran a 4.49. Lee evans ran a 4.39 40.

I know these are just numbers but it may be a little perspective.

Agreed. All because Roscoe lacks size, does not mean he lacks ability. The kid is a playmaker, and the bills are simply looking for more ways to get the ball into his hands because he gets jammed at the line, and can't block very well. Coaches will find different ways to get the ball into playmakers hands...and that's what they are doing. Im excited to see where this goes.
