I was not trying to imply your above reference. So let me be a little more forward: Forget all of our ex bill qbs then, I like fitz. If he had a better o line or at least a healthy one, this topic would be merged with a bunch of other "love fitz" threads. lol

i HATE when people say this. its bull. early in the season when we were 3-0 or 4-1, KURT WARNER had fitz as his #5 best qb in the entire league 2 weeks in a row. so you know more than kurt freaking warner???? so you dont think at that time the other 27 teams wouldnt want him??? give me a break. give him an oline and hell yes, hes a top 5 qb.

Correction. They were not looking for an "aaron rodgers" when they extended brett. ps. besides the OBVIOUS need for qb backups. Correction: qb is not a concern! defense coordinator, lbs, o-line, cbs, dline, kicker,etc. We would still have the losman years. i liked jp. he just wasnt a winner in the nfl for whatever reason. If they dont pick the best available defense player 1st I'll be dissapointed.

compared to edwards, jp, rob j, FITZ IS A HALL OF FAMER. TO ME, in my mind. i had a discussion with a coworker. he kept telling me that i excuse fitz for his play. at the end of the day, i admitted, maybe i do let him slide a little and i give him a break with regards to criticism. i just remember the old days when once i saw the top 3 exbills qbs, i knew we would lose. we would be down 0-3, i knew we would lose. fitz gives me hope even when we are down by many points. anyway Im just a fan. i want the team to build around him. am in the only guy out there with the same thought??

One thing that I noticed that changed from our team is that the fire is gone. Kinda like the fire that Denver had yesterday. Forget the winning drive for a bit, all the players worked as ONE, the whole game. The defense was fired up. Hard hits. Extra yards. the whole schbang. Bills played hungrier. I remember. When we beat the pats, my wife watched most of the game. She doesnt normally watch football (probably cuz i watch too much) Anyway on more than 1 occasion, she said, "the bills are on fire" we were and we came back to win. finally broke a streak that was killing us. C'mon bills, can we raise the intensity??? We can still get in the playoffs if we make a late run, kinda like the packers. Last year the pack overcame all kinds of injuries and became sb champs. Can we get that drive again????????? Or maybe its my tv. Correct me if Im wrong.

good question if we lose im probably going to record the jets game. do some other crap that sunday. find out the score later and if we lost, i'll delete it. will not even watch it. serious. i'll watch the titans game though hoping that home field gets us wins. another true answer if we lose sunday i wont stay up super late watching a bunch of highlights of the game that i have on the dvr. for whatever reason i like when they say good things about the bills, and i shut down nfl network/espn when we lose. (I could talk sh, i dont want to hear somebody else talking sh about the bills)

I have only blamed the top 4 for our disasters as far as players/coaches. i hated them as bills players. loved when all 4 got kicked off. i wish it was my foot giving them the boot. Our defense has not had that monster up the middle or as an end in a loooooooooong time. imo. shobel was good. kyle is almost there. DAREUS may be there. (a little too early to elevate him to monster status) i agree with you about not being a winning franchise. it sucks to be part of it. and to admit it. one day it will turn around. i just dont know when. we need monsters in our dline and our lb core. kelsay while he is a little better. he aint no monster.
