Why would the chiefs gaf about the bengals. They will probably lose to Denver with resting starters but not intentionally for keeping cincy out

IDK, if you had the ability to guarantee that one of the 3 best QBs in the conference didn't make the playoffs but a team QB'd by rookie Bo Nix did, and it fundamentally wouldn't change anything about your season, you don't think you might stack the odds a bit?

I am confident Beane will address the D Line once the 70m dead cap stranglehold is released after the season.

How much is the DL and how much is a secondary relying on Hamlin, Rapp and Douglas in coverage. Benford is the only one holding up his end of the bargain from last season. Losing Hyde and Poyer's experience from last season and Douglas seemingly losing a step from last season as this season wore on had a big role in the D's performance against the Rams and Lions. The Ravens, on the other hand, are just a bad matchup for this defense. Henry, in general, has always been a problem for this defense and McDermott.

My worst as well. I lost feeling in my right foot in the 4th Q and it didn’t come back until I got to the car parked almost a mile away, and then it burned so bad that I wanted it to go numb again (didn’t get frostbite, fortunately, but did suffer a bit of nerve damage that took a few years to completely heal). Our hot cocoa and rumplemintz poured from a hot thermos into a styrofoam cup turned into slushies in minutes. Cary Blanchard missed 3 FGs, and every kick that day left the kicker’s foot with a resounding hollow thud. It sounded excruciating.

Do you think the Bills made Mike White watch that clip?

I’m the grinch but is this one of those things because Mahomes played 1 game his rookie year? Still impressive nonetheless.

Yes. Mahomes is the winningest QB in history in his first 100 starts with 78. Allen is 7th with 68 (behind Mahomes, Brady, Bradshaw, Montana, Staubach, and Roethlisberger; tied with Rogers and Favre). In contrast, though, Allen's Bills were a sh!tshow when he became the starter, as opposed to being handed a team that averaged 10.5+ wins per season with Reid as HC.

Congratulations Josh.  Now lets improve our playoff record...we are only 3-5 during the last seven seasons, losing to the  Texans, Chiefs and Bengals

Easy fix. You can actually improve his playoff record with a keystroke by giving him credit for ALL of his playoff victories. (5-5). ;)

Levi Wallace was a scratch for Denver the other day, Gilmore is doing ok, a few other former DBs are floating around. I think even one who came from the eagles and started a year for us.   Crap, forgot his name.

Antoine Winfield’s seed is doing pretty well in TB.

And yet he’s playing well and showing no signs of being “ruined”.  I expect NE to be our toughest division rival in the next few years.  If they were to dump Mayo and hire Vrabel they would be downright dangerous…

If they were to somehow fuse them into one head coach and call him Mabel, that would be pretty amusing. Vrayo is also kinda funny, but not as funny as Mabel.

I was watching Red Zone, and they showed the Crowder TD, and I thought to myself "He was always injured when he was with the Bills.

The next thing out of the announcer's mouth was "He's just coming back from an injury..."🤣

He broke his ankle 4 games into the season and went on IR...

I have observed Jay Skurski a lot over multiple years, with multiple binoculars, and while all of this sounds rather creepy, I can confirm Jay Skurski was in fact irritable.

I have observed you observing Jay Skurski observing McDermott a lot over multiple years, utilizing multiple disguises while you showed off your collection of binoculars. Speaking nothing of my own mannerisms or intentions, I can confirm that your behavior is rather creepy, which was probably why Jay Skurski was in fact "irritable," or what non-sociopaths might call "weirded out."

Interesting you say this - I noticed a broadcast shot where Allen was showing a guy on the sideline his pinky finger area.  He was pointing at it vigorously and then was squeezing his hand a couple of times.  Did anyone else notice this?

Yeah, he also tried to put his hand in the hand warmer on his jersey but caught his pinky on it. It's quite possible his hands were numb from the cold and his pinky and index finger were extra numb from hitting his elbow. The broadcast kept showing the play right before it, but he doesn't hit his R elbow on that play (despite those tool bags proclaiming "Oh, yeah, there it is" or something equally inane). In his pressor, I think he said it happened a couple of plays before the pass play.

I thought Allen said in the post game press conference that his hand felt numb but that was due to the funny bone being hit, and it went away after several minutes

Didn't he have that happen before this year?  Maybe I'm tripping

He mentioned in the pressor that it was his left hand last week. He mentioned this week that it was his "funny bone" and that it caused his whole hand to go numb. Anatomically speaking, hitting your "funny bone" is hitting your ulnar nerve, and it's not responsible for sensation in your entire hand, just your pinky and half of your ring finger...
