I agree Mike. There MUST have been a tight end or two available at the slot we took Carrington in the 3rd.

He didn't look good. He's the best player on a bad team. A good player with bad players around him, kind of like Cutler coming out of college.
He struggled with his accuracy and decision making. Going up against a great team like the Huskers, which boasts an elite defense, was a great opporunity for him to showcase his skills. Unfortunately the whole country watched him play like crap. And his lone TD wasn't special. It was a great play call and he caught the DB napping and made an easy throw.
I must admit, he's a special athlete who can run and throw it far. But that's not good enough to succeed in the NFL.
It's Andrew Luck or bust for me.

Grab Jeff Garcia for temporary relief and trade a 5th rounder to Miami for Tyler Thigpen now so he can grow. The Bums we have now are bad!! I would rather see what Levi Brown would have done, he is a down field thrower.The NFL is about winning today not next year, oh their won't be any football next year.

Add these three guys tomorrow and this team can compete. The running game was non existent today, no push. Draft the guy (offensive tackle) from Wisconsin with your number one next year..

JP could use a good coach like Gailey, I know that this week look bad, but the coach need to see what he really has to work with. I bet tonite the will grade out the film. Defence looked solid, There was no running game. JP would come cheap and humbled.. We need to sign some offensive linemen this week too. We need people who can make hole for our trio of running backs..

This is a tough schedule..8-8 is possible...I only want to beat the Dolphins twice and the rest is gravey. Yes, I live in South Flodia its tough being a Bills fan down here alot easier when the Bills win both games. Best year is when the Dolphins went 1-15. Lets set them on that road to the first pick in the draft this weekend!! Go Bills!

The Bills should try to trade a #2 pick next for the rights to Loagan Mankins and give him the $$$ he deserves. A stronger off. line help this off. tremendously.

You are correct. We just get to sit through and watch one of the worst teams in Bills history get pretty much crushed for 17 weeks. Nothing will happen. That's why is say TIVO the games and watch the games where the results are positive and delete the rest. Only way to keep your sanity. I've been watching this team for 40 year and this season is going to be bad. Really bad.
Trust me this won't be the worst team in Bills history. This team has far more talent than the 2-14 back to back seasons of 1984 & 1985.

The fins look just like the Bills. They cannot move the ball and their def. looks slow.. Who says the Dolphins have turned the corner..Fins still have a mediocre QB too.

Yes, I want Trent to do well this year. I would like us to at least draft the best OT an OG in round one & two next year. The 49ers did this in the past draft . Then our O.line would really be a beast and compliment Levitre & Wood too. The key for Buddy & Chan is build the lines and the wins will come. They said it themselves they cannot turn this team around in one draft, I agree. The Bills are on the right track, just need to keep the owner alive.

This team is better than people think, so forget about the number one pick next year. the 5- 9 pick may be more likely again. Offensive live & defensive line still need depth & this FO seems to believe in TE.

Of course he is going to get paid. Look , @ Maybins deal that wasn't cheap... It all comes down rto posruring & slotting..The deal will get done by Friday, if it doesn't then their is a problem..I agree, He should get 25 million upfront & a standard contract.

I actually Like Levi Brown of Troy over Skeleton. He has good size, mobility & is very accuarte. He could be signed as a FA & developed as a third QB..

Trade for Sage Rosenfels snd a 4th or 5th round picks. He is under contract for 2 more years. He has a high completion pct. over the last 3 years. He won't break the bank either.
