  1. It is just for fun, I like spreadsheets and numbers and just threw this together for a few laughs.

However it did make me think of some hilarious posters from the past.  This one, SaviorPeterman was insufferable after the bills traded back with the Chiefs in the Mahomes draft and took Tre White instead.  As much as it pains me to say it, he was absolutely correct about Mahomes.

** I still think the thought process from McDermott at the time was sound and I will still defend it.

Sure.  That's why you were so quick to jump on the disinformation campaign against HCQ.

"It's dangerous!" No, not when it is used properly.

"Trump owns stock in it!"  No, he doesn't anymore.

"Look at the studies!"  That were poorly done and one which had to be retracted from being published in a once-respect journal.

"Remdesivir works!"  Yeah, that's why my Gilead stock is dropping.

I honestly don’t understand the argument against full scale trials of HCQ + Zinc. The immediate and vehement ridicule of it by the media and the left is bizarre to me. Just check it out, in a serious manner. It’s almost as if they are afraid of something, like it working well and the gravy train of control and future riches from a new drug/vaccine would go away.

Not too concerned on the rep points system.  Have something witty and insightful to say on TSW just after somebody starts a thread and you will usually gain 15-20 points.  Also, I think responding to people like Tiberius works against a poster.  I prefer to deal with him just to make a greater point for those who care to read it.  You never know what naive person is out there and lurks versus posts that may need to be set straight on quite a number of issues.  So if I really am hung up over rep points and percentages I could game the system and substantially boost those factors.  I also know how to game the online Monopoly game to win over 3/4's of the time.  I learned a long time ago freshman year in college that such programs are biased by the programmer's own biases.

yeah, I mean I just thought it was a funny little distraction from all the serious talk and fighting back and forth.

I usually don’t see the point because I rarely go on ppp from my computer, usually phone. I saw the numbers and just popped into my head, the idea of points to posts.

The premise is flawed. Reputation scores only started a couple of years ago, so if you are somewhat new you have an advantage. Also, if you are active on TSW you can post a funny joke or meme and get a high number of reputation scores.

I've got the devnest working on version 2.0.  Should be out later this year, hoping the update includes length of time on PPP and activity on TSW.

  5. Thought it might be interesting to look at the reputation score relative to the number of posts from various, randomly selected users.  Included myself in the sample.  There are two huge outliers in this data set, @Buffalo_Gal is the clear champion on one end.  I just grabbed a bunch of the posters from a recent thread.  Could be a good addition to the profiles....helpful information, especially for newer people to understand who they are exchanging posts with.

That article is well written and concise.  I feel this libertarian mindset is so far removed from the fat lazy American approach to life that it is immediately dismissed by the masses.  What this virus should teach us is this: we collectively need to take personal control of our lives.  Be it personal health, economic standing, and personal freedoms.  Sweden gets this for the most part.  They do love their gov't run health care, but they do have a quantum leap difference in general health.  That makes it easier on the gov't, for sure.

Be lazy, pay the price.  The virus will eventually find you.

    very true.

conditioned dependence in this country is a huge problem, across all demographics.

It's amazing that after all these months you still don't see the game being played right in front of you with all our lives.

it truly is amazing. I guess when you’re so invested into a narrative, down to your core, you’ll dismiss anything and everything that goes against it rather than look inside and question the narrative.

i love how people are trying to turn this into "good news" when in reality its august and the rest of the world is almost back to living normal lives while americans can't even go on vacation

most of the world doesn’t have a population where over 75% of the population is severely obese, obese, or overweight either.

the main issue with covid is that it impacts unhealthy populations, which the US.  It’s not up to the government to fix that.
