  1. I can't imagine. Langston Walker was actually a pretty good RT for us. Just went on a Raiders message board and they're all laughing at us. Went on a Chiefs message board the other day and they were all praising Wade Smith, saying the Chiefs should re-sign him and he was their best OL last year. If the Bills couldn't buck up for Wade Smith and had to settle for a guy who may have cost a few bucks less, I gotta believe that's not a good sign.

IM praying he is only signed to add depth,,not the starter

  2. The only player worth more then a hamper of dirty jock straps is Schobel- and he might be retiring. You can't trade marginal players and expect to get much in return

There is no way Lynch will get traded anywhere,With his off field problems up to date ,and with all those quality RB ,s that are free agents out there, why would anybody give anything for a criminal.Hopefully he will behave and start playing football.

  3. I agree with bringing williams . His addition would be a big step in getting the 3-4 up and running . With nt filled you could take tackles with our first two picks

Im all for Williams as well. The Dolphins also need a NT badly so the Bills will have to move fast.Im sure he wont be with out a job for long.

  4. I agree the Bill probably won't sign any of these players because it makes to much sense.

Watson/Foote and Green would be a good start. Then add Jamal Williams and a vet reciever. The way it is going now they will all be gone soon...many other teams haven't done anything yet...and those players wont be around much longer...I will be pissed if Jamal Williams ends up in Miami

  5. I think you answered your own question. Lets concentrate on signing backup lineman and people off the Rams practice squad!
Ralph would spend 10 million on Shanahan ,or cowher but not on a big free agent when a team has so many weak starters at certain positions. He knew no big name coach would come to Buffalo, but he looks good for trying.I know it is important to build threw the draft but after only 1 winning season in 10 years dont you think they should have a good core of young players already?Add some experienced vets to the mix and maybee with good coaching and game planning we can make the playoffs before the Lions.
  6. The Bills may have a coach but the rumors aren't stopping. ESPN.com's Tim Graham is reporting that Marty Schottenheimer wanted the job badly but Ralph Wilson didn't want him as the next head coach. Publicly Schottenheimer stated he wasn't interested in returning to coaching but people close to him told ESPN that he wanted the job. It would have reunited him with his good friend Buddy Nix and you would think Nix would have given him the job if Wilson signed off on it. No word on why Wilson didn't want Schottenheimer to coach. This could also explain why is son Brian wouldn't interview for the job.

  7. Dude--

Belichick was on his way out the door until Drew-baby got his lung removed.

    Brady saved Belichick.

I have to disagree ,look at the Dolphins ...they were last in the league one year and a new coaching staff and system and they win the division the next year.Look what happened this year when Ronnie Brown went down. They couldnt run that system and they showed there true colours and sucked since his injury. That team has a system and that didnt come until they changed coaches....the same can be said for New Orleans,of course getting Brees helped them alot, but they sucked until Payton showed up.

  8. No Bills fans will not be hapy

    A) He does terrible and all the Brohm haters can come out and be all i told you so i told you so i-i-i told you so

if he doesent throw for 300yds 4tds and not take a sack we will all throw things at him and tell him he is awful.

I for one dont care, if he plays and does well its only one game. Trent had a monster game against KC last yer, it was 1 game. If he plays terrible, its his first start while learning a new system.

If Brohm can show signs of greatness with the lack of talent that will be suiting up with him Sunday ,then i will be overjoyed. The 2 other QB's couldn't do it.There is alot of other QB castoffs that came from Green Bay over the years that are better than anything the Bills had the last 10 years.Matt Hasselbeck,Aaron Brooks,to name a few.1st round QB's are not always worth the hype...Matt Leinhart,Brady Quinn,J.P losman,Jamarcus Russell,to name a few...and there are so many more.Keep building the O-Line,and the Defense and the Bills will end the playoff drout. They dont need a star at QB to win, they need someone that cant manage a game, and not give it away.

  9. The Bills haven't had alot of good luck the last few years in the draft, why not go for the "sure thing"? Ndamukong Suh, I know the Bills will have to move up to #1 to get him which means big bucks so most of us know Ralph doesn't like spending. But, maybe just maybe he has a bucket list going and winning the Super Bowl is on it. Trade with Tampa - send our 1st round pick along with Marshawn Lynch and another pick. Sure it might be alot but why not if we are just going to draft another Maybin and pass on Orapko?

Orakpo does look good, but the Bills dont seem to know how to use there picks wisely.Maybin might of done as good on another team or maybee next year.Maybin hasnt played much ,and Orakpo has started from day one.Byrd would not have played this year if Whitner didnt get hurt. The Bills draft these guys high and dont put them in a situation to succeed,it kills there confidence. If you draft a player high he should start from day one, kelsay should of been cut.
