they better get more aggressive soon.
a few good picks would help keep up with the AFC east.
get some of the WR in here soon, there are a few that will help
what about the Tampa 2 players out there, get someone that knows this defense
Players would rather work / play for him than many of the A-hole coaches that have type A / crazy aggressive head coaches (like the Jaguar coach). Think about it, it does matter to them (as long as the $$ is there).
Much less head games from the coach and a respectful locker room. He never rips a player in the press, etc...
Now if he could just put together a winning season.
Let him do his time and come back and play football, just like it was an injury. let's face it, the "bad" guys and "trouble makers" know how to play ball, lets get a few more of them on this team.
TO ? Burress? bring on the trade, sign them up.
Do not waste any $$ on a WR unless we plan to change our QB. We do not even look downfield, so let's just upgrade where Edwards likes to throw.
Spend $$ on defense and center in FA.
I am sure some of the players & coaches (and their relatives) read & post on these boards. It's along off season and I am sure they look at the internet and read newspapers.
How does a 5-11 "Jet crash" into AFC basement sound?
This guy sounds a little Crazy, I am sure they will make many mistakes trtying to pretend they are the AFC East "Ravens" (minus the defense).
Anyone has to be better, our D line can not be that poor. Let's get a good coach. Maybe we can convert one (or 2) of our Defense Ends into a coach and get them OFF the field = I am sure we will improve then.
Maybe a good trade as well. This has to be a good year or they will start over again. No more 7-9's.
Does any one dare to guess on the first "big name" or major trade we do? It has to be something that has some "marketing clout" behind it, as well as good for the team.
90 ! not 80's. 90 is VERY old. 90 and running functioning as a CEO or major decision maker.
No disrespect, just amazed that a 90 year old can still control this team. We should not expect much in terms of problem solving skills. Does anyone else know any 90 year olds still working??
I think the "budget" for the backup QB just went up. It will be way too risky to go in 2009 without some solid QB's on the team.
Maybe a good QB will fall to us during the draft, or maybe we move up if someone looks worth the gamble. Look at all of the lucky QB picks recently by teams last year.
