Maybe they will "like them" during the interview too. Both of these guys have said they are interested. Please at least give them the courtesy of an interview. Both have winning records in the NFL. They should at least be considered before hiring a college head coach / coord. or Pee Wee football coach. Why do the Bills make this seem so difficult, when they are one of the few open jobs in the NFL?

Experienced coordinators means the ones that get fired by poor teams and will work for low $$

Kurt Warner often spent weekends with Martz, eating and sleeping together while looking at film to perfect Warner's form. Martz is best known as the offensive coordinator behind the St. Louis Rams high-powered 1999 team that won the Super Bowl. As a head coach in the NFL Martz was 56-36 in 5 1/3 seasons as the St. Louis Rams head coach. He won two division titles, had four playoff berths including a NFC championship and a trip to Super Bowl XXXVI. He can build a team & QB. He would also be VERY eager to prove he is still a great coach. He would be reasonable on the $$$ and may be able to build a dynasty again - he did it once. He has the best track record of any of these coaches. Who cares about his personality (would you rather have a 'nice' coach like DJ) ? He is a winner and a very good coach when he has control of the team. Give this man his desired chance, he will prove it.

So he cost a little more $$, at least he plays and contributes. He was our # one this year. With a good QB, he would still be a very good weapon.

He makes his reads very fast and shows great touch on his passes. The long pass looked perfect as well. He's not going to make it out of the first round. He never looks like he is scared in any game, no matter what happens he looks like he is battling. He would be a good risk with some good upside.

News is they are close to finding the next Head coach and he's right on the staff already. They will probably just promote Bobby April to head coach.

He's much better than AVP and 3/4 of the games are not in the snow. The Rams still functioned fine when playing in the snow, it did not slow them down at all.

This would be a very good combination and they are all available, for a reasonable package.

Letting Walker & Dockery go, not signing any Linebackers or O linemen who were available. AVP promoted to O coord, etc... It's almost like they are trying to ruin this team on purpose.

Pennington. What ever he wants, spend the $$ and sign him up. 7 year deal, first 2 as QB, next 5 as QB coach.

Last off season was at least VERY entertaining with the TO signing, Marshawn's Gun in the Trunk, and firing of Turk. The draft was a big let down with #58.

None of these head coaches even came close to a $10 million dollar pay day. I can not believe they can not get someone lined up and signed to start this job. I thought our GM was a sales person.

The need to go after the coach /GM they want. They will not win a waiting game against any other teams. Open up the wallet, use some of the Toronto $$$ that loses a home field advantage game every year. They are moving too slooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwww

No need to out smart the experts, just follow their advice and we would have a MUCH better team. Stop the 'surprise picks' (Whitner, Mahem, etc..) pick who they think you should take and they will be better off. Just look at the last 5 years and see who the experts 'told ' the Bills to take vs. who they take. The experts hit on some good pick.

Not bad if they are healthy. That was a fast move by the Bills front office to address a need. VERY impressive, so they do work in the front office. I wonder who pulled the trigger on these moves. They look like very good moves.

Agree. He should stop trying to be the GM and let the front office bring in some talent without the stupid comments he makes. Save his anger for the field.

A big game from TO, a Bills win, and still alive in AFC east for another week. This is this years Superbowl. The Miami win was nice, but this win would be a statement win by Perry & Bills. Bills need a coach that can beat Miami & Pats, here's a good chance to prove it. TO said all along he was brought in to help get the team some wins near the end of the season, he will have a BIG game.

It would be very hard to ignore those wins, would be a great accomplishment.

Are there any other old coaches that will come out of retirement for some $$ and a chance to prove they can still coach? A lot of the best coaches, never really made any $$. I am sure some of them can still coach.
