A figure of internet mythology has been arrested for having sex with their own mother. Chris Chan, the creator of a famously awful comic book series called Sonichu, was arrested a few hours ago and faces charges of felony *****. Here are the bizarre details.

Chris Chan had been speaking fairly openly to two people online about her current relationship. She had expressed that it was with someone physically older, and the descriptions matched with Chris Chan's mother Barbara. Then the messages began taking a more explicit turn. And that's when one of the friends revealed themselves to be a long-standing troll, the user 'Null' who owns and runs the trolling website Kiwi Farms.

    Then it hit the fan.

Now Chris Chan is sat in a jail cell with no chance of bail and charged with felony *****. We're going to be keeping this story updated as it develops, so check back for more. Until then, please do go and read more on Chris Chan, her story is fascinating and horrific, and like a car crash, you won't be able to turn away.

    what the f$#@??????????????????????

I thought you were going to give us Chris Chan updates?

Update: his jail time will be spent with women. This is relevant because he changed genders to expand his chances at getting a woman because he thought this would make him available to lesbians. Did I mention he’s autistic?

Christory in the making. We have unlocked the jail saga. Many Christorical artifacts have hit ebay for crazy money.

@TBBills this is for sure HUGE news! CWC is the most documented person in history.

Bigger news than his war on Sega over the color of Sonic’s arms? Surely you jest, sir.

The thing is, we may have had as much of a “brawl” when Ed Oliver and Spencer Brown went at it:

    The differences being:

    1) Allen wasn’t involved, which is a testament to either his good sense or his teammates holding “The Franchise” out of it

    2) The players evidently broke it up themselves pretty quickly.  Ed Oliver referred to it as “just a little scuffle, competition, you know” and said “we might go eat together”.  Anything the coaches had to say about it was left private.

I can’t help wondering if Joe Judge magnified and focused attention on it by his reaction vs. keeping the coaches focus on what the players are doing right

    Agreed on Judge’s behavior.

In a general sense I also think it could look differently from the outside for a team that’s been successful vs not. We’ve made the playoffs 3 of 4, AFCCG, etc. with McDermott vs the Giants’ recent struggles.

Frankly I'm a bit shocked they are quoting $1.1B for a clone of what we have now. They built Jerry-World for the same price in 2009! They built US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis in 2016 for the same price!!  Is our quote based on today's post-pandemic, material-shortage prices? Kickbacks and payoffs?

To be fair the Pegula camp is saying the $1.1 billion figure in the Sunday article is not accurate.

  5. The Buffalo News is reporting today (8/2) that the Pegulas are disputing the report on the cost of the stadium, but won’t say how much. And the Sabres arena is not involved in public funding.

The Pegula spokesperson said that a stadium owned and operated by the public is not unprecedented.

That is me paraphrasing the article and no I don’t have a link it’s not on the web site yet. If you want to see the article right now, take your lazy butts to 7-11 and get a paper 😘.

I agree he isn’t moving the team, but he could keep the Sabres in Buffalo and the Bills in Austin.  There is nothing against that.

He would not be moving the Sabres at this point.

    Agreed.

Also whether he could technically keep the Sabres or not, it wouldn’t be practical. The man who moved the Bills still owning the Sabres? They would be outcasts.

I seriously can’t believe 3 on 3 Bball is now an Olympic sport. I just looked up the list of the sports, and there are some really absurd ones on there. Artistic swimming? 3 kinds of BMX biking?  2 kinds of kayaking?  I saw some skateboarding the other day, and everyone looked terrible. I think the winner was a 13-year old girl who fell down a bunch.

I enjoy the Olympics, but can’t stand NBC’s coverage. I’ll never forget a couple years where someone with NBC said something along the lines of, “more women watch the games who aren’t necessarily sports fans, we need to create drama and storylines because they like the stories more than sport”. Not only is that a gross comment, but it’s exactly how NBC covers the Olympics, and it ruins it for sports fans imo.

Agreed. There’s Olympic stuff on three channels me thinks and whenever they get into ESPN-like drama build up I flip to one of the other channels actually playing sports. Granted, it’s all NBC owned channels so they get the win regardless.

It was part of the deal that baseball and softball made to get back into the games because they had been eliminated. No new venues for either.

Thanks for the info. Better than nothing I guess.
