  1. Over the past few days I have been silent trying to take in everyones point of view throughout all the boards. And I keep coming back to the same conclusion over and over again. The bottom line folks is this is a bad organization. From top to bottom and everywhere in between there isnt a recipe for long term success. An owner who meddles with the draft..he is 90 and should really not be involved at all. Look at Oakland with Al Davis for a comparison. Granted Ralph isnt as irrational as Al but alot of the same similarities. We dont have a bonafide GM and our Player personnel and Scout "guru's" have failed miserabley for a long time now. Take a look at the last 7 or 8 drafts. We have missed on many picks and yes, I understand some are a crapshoot but trends dont lie fellas! When we consistently get in wrong in the drafts and the hiring of coaches it is not the players on the fields fault. Its the entire organization. The thing we really need to hope and starting voicing for is a sound new owner with a vision of winning. I am not buying the cant compete small market BS either! Green bay wins, minnesota wins, jax wins (except this season). I would like to hear what everyone else thinks! And Happy Holidays to all my fellow Bills Fans!!!!!
  2. Well let me ask you this. And be honest. Doesnt trent always look cold out there? To me the answer is yes. We need to practice outide to get acclimated. And who calls the plays? The coaches do! So when we are inside the 10 and we have been running the ball down their throats..like Lee evans said...run the ball. Its End of november in Buffalo. You have to run 35-30 times a game at least. And to last weeks game...lets kick a 45 yarder into the wind which equals 60 yards. That was some weak play callin at the end. Totally agree with you players have to make plays but coaches have to put them in position to win and prepare them. Soft camps, soft practices etc.... The word on the street is the offense is fed up with all the plays coming in late from the sidelines. Players have to get the plays, get to the line, have the right cadence with enough time allowed so they can execute. Ah, the basics of football. You did bring up some great points though!
  3. I am glad you see what I see...but let me ask everyone this. Has Donte been worthy of the number 8 pick overall? I am not sold yet. But I am on the fence because he maybe covering for alot of deficincies. I dont think the scheme fits him either. Someone help me with this.
  4. I concur...while we are at it... lets get suzy kolber as our offensive coordinator and joe namath as QB coach.
  5. ok you get a pass! But still not sold on mora jr.
  6. quit fabricating your story. Its more than just timeouts. Its preparation for games, play calling, lack of emotion. The list goes on and on. If jauron was doing a great job I would say so...but he is not. Good coaches find ways to win, bad coaches lose. In a league of parity thats how it works. Just look at belichek.
  7. Execution comes with being prepared in practice. When almost every player cant execute it equals one thing...poor coaching. I cant believe people dont know this. Yeah lets punt at the 35 yard line. Or hey, lets call a time out when the other teams punter had the ball in his hands. I know, lets give the QB the play with 8 seconds left on the clock. Or even last weeks game where the coaching staff should be callin plays up the middle and telling marshawn to put the ball in the center of the field for a better FG chance. Instead sweeps to the left. Freakin clueless staff. Thats basic football 101 stuff folks. Dan Marino wouldnt be able to "execute" under those conditions. Get a grip Buckeye.
  8. It appears that way yes
  9. And that is a way to run a defense...not to fug up? I want a defense that creates chaos and doubt in an opposong offense. I guess Keith Ellison is overpowering people this year...cough cough.
  10. Soft is an understatement....I dont remember the last time I saw a Bills Player knock the snot out of someone. I personally would love to see the tampa 2 vanish. It only works when you absolutely have all the pieces of the puzzle in place. Look at the Colts, if one or 2 if their star players go down they are screwed just like us. But, if one or 2 of the jets or Pats players go down they keep pluggin along. And yeah, we need to practice outdoors in the cold, rain, snow and sleet. These guys get paid big money to be tough! I get paid not nearly as much to go off to hostile places and fight for our freedom. Semper Fi.
  11. His press conference was another cluster $%^$. Dont go away mad dick...just go away. Lets bring in a real GM, Pro personnel guy and a proven head coach. Someone please bring some swagger and football smarts to this team. We live in Buffalo, during the season the players live in Buffalo. Get them acclimated and make it hell on the ooposing teams in November and december. Instead they practice in the field house. Talk about soft. Trent always looks cold out there. We also need to stop with these west coast QB's and get someone with a Big ben Pedigree. Someone tell me if I am off my rocker but in rust belt cities you need a tough as nails, intelligent, strong armed QB. I am not saying Trent wont be good someday, but he is not going to be great in a northeast city. He would thrive in san diego, new orleans etc... but not here.
  12. Why you speculating fool?
  13. Where is John Fox? Post something current.
  14. No one is stormin the castle. Sometimes in life one needs to take a stand. And in this case, Dicky should be told that this kind of play and lack of being prepared is unacceptable and should be shown the door. It also sets a precedent for the new coach that hey, I have to get my team ready or the boss upstairs wont be too happy with me. Coaches for the Bills now they can earn 3-5 mil for 3 years for doing squat. If I didnt perform in my job and was as inept and jauron I would be fired.
  15. why not Moulds throws punches at fans
  16. They are just jealous that they truly dont understand the game...I am willing to bet the ones calling people whiners are the ones that are too drunk and stumbling all over themselves game in and game out.
  17. Fans arent bitching because of one loss. Look a little bit deeper pete. And if it bothers you so much when fans vent, then how about you take up another hobby such as basket weaving. No one said life is fair, I agree with you. But last I checked its a free country and freedom of speech. 9 years of a garbage product on the field along with bad drafts, free agents, cheap coaches gives every fan a right to B word. Sorry that you just dont get it. NO one is jumping ship...its an attempt to be heard by the dysfunctional regime that runs our beloved Bills. Get a clue Petey.
  18. Thats sad I like Z
  19. We dont need to resign to anything. We can simply boycott. Its a business now and do you think Ralph gives a hoot about us. He just cares about his family having lots of loot. The NFL is just not the same as it once was. The Bills could pack up tomorrow and I wouldnt care. Ive been a die hard fan for 33 years and I have come to realize that this is a dysfunctiional organization. I will shift my focus on the sabres, UB and the Syracuse Orangemen. And maybe to spite everyone while I am at it, Root for the Steelers, they know what it takes.
  20. What extension? Theres no extension. If there was we would all know the terms of the deal by now.
  21. I say we should fire Jauron now, its obvious this guy cant get it done. Anyone else in favor of this? I say plug Mr. April in for the Interim.
  22. Um did you see the clock management, lack of emotion, waste of timeouts? Poor play calling? Get a grip the guy cant coach period!
  23. I love it!
  24. Ah well done! Heres one...One Dickless Drive..now that would be a nice early xmas present
