  1. First of all I find it odd that you don't know the difference between your and you're.

Maybe you should pay some attention to your reading and writing skills instead of stalking me.

Lmao seriously? First off I do know the difference between your and you're. Thing is, contrary to your delusions of grandeur if I were truly stalking you don't you think I would take the time to proofread my posts in hope of impressing you with my grammatic prowess?

  2. Its hard not to slam Lynch right now... Nothing is going right with this team and this is yet another example.

Fortunately we do have Jackson and personally I hope the team pays him and keeps him happy because not only should he be the starting runningback but based off of what I saw the last couple weeks of the season he's the only player on the roster with any heart at all...

If Lynch wants to be a thug in Cali let him play for the Raiders.

Ok I guess I can be serious in responding to this post as it actually makes sense. It is hard not to slam Lynch right now this is true the kid screwed up twice now. I do however think that it's ludicrous to say that Jackson should be the starter. This is not Turner and LT. Marshawn is 22 and is an absolute beast when he learns to read the holes in the NFL he will be a top back no question. Question the guys common sense ok I'll go for that but to challenge Marshawns heart is a total joke.

I actually hope Lynch does get suspended for 4 or 8 games why? It will do two things one I think Lynch is a good kid making bad decisions and hopefully this will teach him that lesson. The second thing it will do is show the people who like to tell us how good Lynch isn't a good look at why Marshawn is the starter. It's a whole different ball game when a Defense gameplans knowing your the man.

I like Jackson like him alot but hes 28 in three days and even though he has low milage the body doesnt recover at 28 like it does at 22. I promise you if you offered all the Gm's in the NFL the choice of Marshawn or Jackson there wouldnt be one that would take Jackson.

I guess it boils down to this for me if Marshawn pulls his head out of his donkey and learns to read holes a bit quicker he will be a top 5 maybe 3 back in the league. I for one am not ready as a Bills fan to give up on that potential.

All being said I sure hope we keep both of them.

  3. That's is exactly why I have you pegged as one of marshawns flunkies.

Oh no not a Marshawn flunkie how will I ever make it through another day? I guess the metaphor went over your head sorry about that. I find it quite odd that if your a Bills fan and have felt that Jackson was better why did you just join TBD today and post nothing other than Lynch slamming threads. Where where you last season when we were slamming Schobel and JP now that was some fun.

  4. This is the current issue.

Who are you the one man committee on how many posts a member can make on one topic ?

What you really mean to say is that if I were a Buffalo Bills fan I'd be supporting Lynch.

No what I really mean to say is if it looks like fish and it smells like fish it probably aint chicken.

  5. Poland you have 19 posts here at TBD all of them slamming Lynch and telling us the team is better off without him. If you were a true Bills fan I would think you might have one post even one that was about something other than slamming Lynch.

  6. Dawkins definetly leads with his head and the league needs to hold players accountable who make this type of play often. I must admit I'm amazed by the amount of people who think the Mcgahee hit was dirty however.

When the defender started his motion his head was to the side and shoulder was leading. Mcgahee was just as much responsible for the helmet to helmet contact as the defender was. I dont understand how people who view this replay see this any other way, watch the replay and tell me you don't believe that Mcgahee lead with his helmet as well.

Both players lowered their heads. I'm beginning to think alot of fans here need to petition the league to start a flag football league so they can watch a less violent form of football. Soccer certainly doesnt fit that criteria not true European soccer that is a brutal physical sport as well. Just google search soccer injuries if you doubt this fact.

  7. So...it's Willis' fault :wallbash:

    I'm done with this.

No not his fault an unfortunate situation but if you watch the replay thats definetly what happens I'm sure Willis didnt mean to lower his head it was instinct to try to get lower. Watch it again this is how I see it, oh sorry I forgot your done, so sensitive.

  8. This says it all. He chose to hit Willis' head. And yes, I played football. He wasn't trying to tackle him. His arms were at his side. And I know that just hitting someone has become an accepted way of bringing them down. But he didn't choose go after the legs or the waist, he chose to go directly at the head. Watch the video again, 50 secs in. He leads with his head and his head hits first. And I know many keep saying that his shoulder hit first, but watch the video, that's just not true.

I just watched the hit again and the defender was definetly leading with his shoulder, matter of fact if Willis didnt lower his head he probably would have been hit in the chest. I know people arent going to agree here on if the hit was intentional or not however it will be confirmed as unintentional by the NFL as no fine will be issued, I would bet on it.

  9. They essentailly added Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams as well because of injuries and lifestyle. Pennington played at a near Pro Bowl level this year. He made Ted Ginn look like a receiver. The change worked for them but coming off a 1-15 was there really any choice. There was no place to go but up. I remember 2-14 seasons, they are not fun.

Thats my whole point the system worked for them because they were utilized in the correct manner. Do you really feel that Brown and Williams are that much better than Lynch and Jackson? I don't and when before has Pennington played at a pro bowl level?

  10. Yes. That kind of turnaround with the same personnel is rare. Not coincidental that they both hit the jackpot with new quarterbacks. I think last years Miami quarterback contingent will go down as one of the worst in history. Lemon, Beck and who else?

The NFL tends to be 2 or 3 players and a couple breaks from turning a 6-10 team into a 10-6 team. I am not thrilled with Dick Jauron on game day. Who could be? But they are young and hopefully improving. In my time as a Bills fan, I have seen a lot less talent on this team. Hopefully, we can fill some holes, build some depth and the players play hard for Jauron. I just wish he didnt look so much like a weasel.

I'll give you Matt Ryan as far as hitting a jackpot but Pennnigton not so much he's not an elite QB he is very good and he is smart but most importantly he was put in a position where he could win games. I agree those moves were not coincidence they were moves made by Front offices who understand how to utilize the players they have.

  11. In 2009, yes. They would tear apart the team and start anew. By 2011, we would probably be a contender. It may be one reason Wilson made the choice he did. At 90, your time horizon gets a little narrow.

I disagree, I do however admire your optimism. So do you think Miami and Atlanta were both flukes this year?

actually now that I think about it Ralph will still own the team so we probably wouldnt bring in the talent for a quick turnaround.

  12. The Dallas Cowboys fired their special teams coach and are look for a replacement...

The one great coach the on the current Buffalo Bills staff has to be wondering what am I doing on this ship of fools. Will he still be here with all the coaching changes that will happen this off season, one has to wonder.

Great with our luck we'll lose the only coordinator we have thats worth a damn.

  13. Wow that article really does sum things up very well. I think the whole 0 and 6 in our division is one of the most concerning factors. I forget who said this this year but it p'd me off really good I guess in hindsight thats because the truth hurts worse than any insult.

"the Bills have become insignificant in the NFL landscape outside their region."

  14. http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d8...mp;confirm=true

Ralph Wilson Jr: "I believe in the last few years we have gotten close personnel wise and look forward to another strong draft, more assertive veteran leadership and continued improvement from our young quarterback."[/i]

Didnt Ralph say earlier this year that we don't have the talent to win. Ralphie boy can't remember what his point is from week to week I guess he can't find his Centrum Silvhair.

  15. Of course, been payin' for it every day.

Lmao good answer, I will admit I'm kind of shocked and disappointed, however this season has taught me two things one is this is just a game and I'm not taking it as seriously. The other thing I've learned is that its ok to enjoy other teams as well. I can't believe I'm saying this but I actually hope the Dolphins do well in the playoffs. It is truly a great story from a one win season to a division winner by a team who is led by a man who in a way is our father as well. After all Parcells did spank us like his children back in #25 didnt he?

  16. Everyone is welcome to their own opinion. Mine is, you can still berate the decision(s), you can still berate the man (Ralph), you can be pissed to all hell and throw little tantrums and be envious of the next door neighbors and people in the bigger house down the block. That's fine, and it's warranted. The same way you can argue with your dad, and think he's a moron, and cheap bastard and hate some of the decisions he made that directly affect your life and happiness.

But he's still your dad and he is owed something, always owed something, for bringing you into the world, and providing for you, unless he does something so heinous that he no longer deserves it.

That doesn't mean he's always right. In fact he may be nearly always wrong. It doesn't mean you always support his decisions. It doesn't mean there aren't a lot of times he's a moron or even deserves to be smacked in the nose, although you'd never do it. It just means he's not a smart man, but he's your dad. Without him you wouldn't be on this earth (as a Bills fan). Wouldn't be the person you are (a Bills fan).

If you want to divorce your dad and give up on your family for good because they're old and stupid, that's your choice.

I really don't understand your analogy, did you have to pay your parents to be your parents?

  17. I agree that there are a good amount of people on here that are bandwagon fans. One moment they love the Bills, the next they hate them. But I also get tired of the ones that bash us because we are sick of the direction that this team has been going in. Most of us here would accept if we brought in new coaches and had to rebuild then we would be fine with that. Even if we went anywhere from 1-15 to 4-12, most of us would reasonably expect the team to be below .500 the next season. But for 9 years we've been patient and we still continue to see bad decisions after bad decisions.

This sums it up perfectly I have been a fan for 20 years now definetly not fair weather. The Bills will always be my team but untill things really start to change with our team I will no longer spend any money on them and I will also try to enjoy and root for a few other teams. Certainly I could never root for a team deep in my heart like I do the bills maybe just enough to numb the sting a bit.

  18. Your kiddin me Jauron back and noone fired. You know what we totally deserve to be the laughing stock of the Nfl. I can't even believe this is happening. The reality is the problem with this team isn't coaches, coordinators or players. It's Ralph plain and simple this staff wouldnt be employed on a team with an owner with half a brain thats why I say they arent the problem. Ralph Wilson is a crook he is absolutly robbing some of the most loyal fans in the league of their hard earned money. I never wanted to admit this and can't believe I'm saying this but the only chance the Bills have of becoming a winning team is Ralphie boy croaking.
