Does anyone know where you can find the NFL's Rules for the expansion draft? Or Has anyone done an expansion draft in their fantasy league and can give insight on how to configure the keepers? Any help would be appreciated

I have had the same problem. I have yet to take one back for a TD but can try some of these if you havent: - call more punt block - sub in guys with better Run BLK and/or AWR - bring a guy back from the D-Line to be your personal blocker Even with all this you will still find yourself FC alot but you will get more chances of returns FYI...try not to make too many moves right after the catch (i.e. juke/spin) it will increase your chance of fumbles.

Amazing...Nobody roots for the team to loose, but the path traveled to excelence is quite different. If you loose while developing the future, it is much more palatable than finishing ONE FREAK'n game out of first place and having to restart the process all over again. I love the . I don't see....A true fan is one who lives and dies for his team. A true fan is not happy until the Lombardi trophy is being raised. A true fan realizes (especially in todays game of parody) that some times you have to take a step back in order to take two going forward. A true fan looks at 7-9 / 8-8 / 9-7 or wild card losses as a waste of a season, because they know that the following year they dont get that optimistic missing link in the draft to propel the team over the top. A true fan realizes JP Losman should have been taking the reps at QB from late July until the end of the season, so that next year the Bills would be poised to make a run (see. TOO FUNNY

I am wondering what the board is thinking??? Would you be happy making a push and winning the East at 8-8 or 9-7 and then getting beat in the wild card game by a team like the Bengals / Steelers / Chargers / Broncos. Personally.....to me that is a wasted season, and then Next year in the off season we debate whether or not we give JP the reigns or sign another FA journeyman QB. NOT TO MENTION we end up picking 23rd or 24th.

I am trying to figure out the difference between the defense that was #1 in the AFC and #2 in the NFL last year and the joke of a defense this year. IMO it boils down to one loss Pat Williams. Since TD decided that Anderson and Sape = Williams and not offer him a deal the defence is becoming a liability. Anderson/Sape are such a joke teams have abused us up the middle. Now to protect against these runs TV/LM are coming in to the box which is now opening up the deep middle of the field. So pick your posion.

Branch catch next series hit the ground as he dove <no challenges left...not like it mattered> III. Josh Reed was not down when the whistle blew him dead IV. At best the Moulds PI should have been incidental contact V. Allowing Holcumb to throw a pass at the LOS when its 4th and 8 ... <well Im still pissed on that last one>

A little faith in MM has been restored Raiders Show No Class: Since Sunday's loss Coach Mularkey has made a few comments regarding the Raiders running up the score by going in for a touchdown with :14 left in the game. He discussed it with Raiders coach Norv Turner after the game and Turner said that Mularkey would understand in the future. Mularkey said he would take a knee in a similar situation like he did last year against St. Louis. Turner said the team wanted the score so they went for it. The Buffalo News reports that sources say Raiders owner Al Davis is upset about the touchdown since it rubs it in against his friend, Ralph Wilson.

I hadnt done laundry for over two weeks and finally on Saturday I washed my away McGahee Jersey and of course I wore it today. I take full responsibility for this one. It was not the D-Line, O-Line, DB's, JG or TC ...it was all me.

It is obvious now that the only way the Defense shines is if the offense can put up enough points to force the opponent to pass every down. This rush defense is absolutely pathetic. When FA started TD had a delima...sign Jonas Jennings or Pat Williams...TD choose not to talk to either and instantly D-Line and overall Defense was gone. Considering our O=Line sucked with Jennings that loss was not a bad as relying on Tim Andersen. WHAT A WASTE. And as I count it up....Dominic Davis, Carnell Williams, Duece McCallister, Warrick Dunn, Ronnie Brown, and now Lamont Jordan....have in succesive weeks each ripped big runs right up the middle. Teams barely run off tackle on this D. I am not a big fan of JG...but jeez only so much you can call when you have a slug like this controlling your A gap.
