Monday night football Bills vs Chiefs sounds like a BIG win for the league.
I think a MNF of Bills v Titans with the Bills steaming rolling the Titans, say 42-10 would be a BIG win for the league too. Got to be a lot of angry hombres around the league and fan bases. I can think of three cities already: Buffalo, Pittsburgh and Baltimore. KC is the big winner getting their Thursday night game moved.
I'm pulling for B2B Monday night games.

Did anyone notice if the two recent positives were players present at the off-site practice?
It's not known yet. Corey Davis could be the smoking gun...

I like how they get guys like Andre, Isiah Mc, Lee Smith in the game and then throw to them too. Keeps them motivated and ready.

I'm personally in favor or B2B Monday night appearances for the first and likely only time in league history.

The NFL isn't allowed to play games on Saturday's in accordance with the Sports Broadcasting Act of 1961, which exempts the NFL from antitrust laws for its broadcasting rights. The act prohibits NFL broadcasts on Friday nights and on Saturdays beginning on the second Friday in September and ending on the second Saturday in December.
Man everywhere you turn there are lawyers and legal implications to the decision making.

So now we have to wait for no positive tests through Saturday before we know when the game will potentially be played. If they test positive today (results Friday), then that means no earlier than Monday. If they test positive on Friday (results on Saturday), then the game shifts to Tuesday. If they test positive on Saturday (results Sunday), then Tuesday is off. This drama is going to hold the league hostage all weekend.

So if the game is pushed to Monday/Tuesday, do they still test on Sunday? Is it just the day that the team plays that they don't get tested or is it just sunday's that there is no testing done?
That's my understanding. Testing everyday, including bye weeks, just not day of game for teams.

7pm start on Monday night football would be all right. Certainly gives us a few more days to practice for the Chiefs too. Of course it also gives the Chiefs those same days.

The "2 clear days are enough" has to be based on the premise that exposure stopped last Tuesday, when the Titans facilities closed. If exposure continued throughout the week as players met to practice outside the facility, that premise isn't worth the powder to blow it to hell.
Yep.. Everything is out the window. And those clueless players mocking on social media that you can't prove 'nuthin aint helping neither.

Ummmm Bills might not be too interested in a forfeit or cancellation knowing this
Something tells me the Pegulas would pay their players.

From reporter Paul Kuharsky:
Yep. They did it at least twice, looks like different position groups. There has been some early reporting that there were discrepancies in the contact tracing data. Wondering if the players down there took off their bracelets so as not to have their location known.

According to the Titans board. Schefter thinks an announcement about the Titans Bills game will be out shortly.. Take it for what it's worth.
-
Well at least the Bills will be somewhat rested for KC.

And we're out. On to KC .... It better not be from folks who went out practicing.. Or this could go on for days...

Sounds like the Pats are doing the protocols right- good job.
I would love to see the Broncos steal a W from the pats down their two most important players.
This would be an unexpected cushion and give the Bills the luxury of dropping one too. Seems to me the Pats v Bills AFC EAST comes down to the best record between games with KC, SEA, 9ers, BAL/PIT and Head to Head (splitting). Dropping a game outside of these puts the Division title in jeopardy for either squad.

The problem I was thinking about by deferring a game to week 18: Say you’re the Chiefs and you have earned one of the two coveted bye weeks off, if you’re playing a rescheduled game, did you just lose the week off?

Big day for the Patriots. Another positive today and we have the Titans II. Let’s hope it stops here.

I went into last game saying if Jacobs runs for a hundred or more they’re in trouble. Same this week and next. The passing yards are harder to assess as teams are being forced to throw more to keep pace. I surely didn’t like seeing them getting burned in that deep ball TD (that was called back). There were hopeful signs last week. Stuffing Jacobs on 4th and 1 was huge. Let see if it carries over into the next game. Hopefully against Henry.

Interesting they have not released the name of the other positive on the roster.

I think there are more pixs out there.

At this juncture, I good with fining the players and team. They are already down ~15 players and some coaches. Their team and schedule have been thrown into total chaos. You can't suspend 15 more. The team would not be able to field a team. No matter how charged up you feel about it, the NFL and we as fans of the game, need to the max extent possible see and play competitive games. oh.. IMHO... Your mileage may vary.

Tre White back injury

How every NFL player doesn't have a back injury is a mystery to me.
