  1. Aaron Rodgers is such a weird mix of someone who is intensely unlikable trying very hard to be likable.

that episode felt like they know the jets did not want to do this and nfl films met them halfway with just some aaron rodgers fluff stuff.  Big emphasis on rodgers being the great guy that is misunderstood.

very little about the team and roster like past episodes of the show.  It felt like an advertisement or something instead of a behind the scenes look at the inner workings of a struggling franchise that is trying to get back on the right track and make the playoffs in a tough division.

I feel like the first episodes usually follow a similar pattern - focusing on human nature story around the team, not necessarily one involving players on the bubble.

  2. I've offered there with mixed results (typically don't get what I would through Ticketmaster resale.)

I'm all for it being used more, I don't think it needs any major (or any?) changes, but it'd be good for people to know it's there.  With the caveat that it could potentially be a place for chuckleheads / scammers, and no one should be buying tickets from a non-active poster - and even then buyer beware - how many of us big brains are using JAllen17 as our password for this and every other web site.

  3. For anyone who is seriously interested in this topic I'd highly recommend the UFO Rabbit Hole podcast (by Kelly Chase) - it's a great starting point examining lots of different theories and possibilities of what could be going on - she raises lots of topics that sound pretty crazy, and in a lot of cases will also point out where evidence is deeply flawed or lacking, so it's not like she's advocating for most of those theories, just explaining why people might think it.

  4. Doesn't look like it.  Closest I saw was Thursday night / Friday night at end of October and Monday / Tuesday in November.

It sucks, I live about 3 hours away, and typically make 3-4 games plus playoffs.  It would be nice if they would try harder to make a Sabres / Bills weekend an option.

Good doc. That guy is the most annoying type of person. Films an aircraft or planet in the night sky and freaks out.

There was a lot of footage that seemed pretty innocuous, but he did have some footage that seemed harder to explain.  I did not find him annoying, I appreciated his enthusiasm.

Diggs hasn't posted on Twitter since June 6. Unless he deleted some thing.

Haven't been able to scroll back far enough to find what it is people think he said that's causing the doom and gloom? Song lyrics in an Instagram Reel?

It was on an Instagram story, not twitter

    Lmao.. you're funny man.

This whole bartender thing has never been confirmed, except ppl with these "sources" and who cares if true. And dudes what 26 27 , why wouldn't he be hanging with hot broads. He works his butt off at his craft and is beloved in the locker room.

    Take a chill pill yall

I have no idea if it's true, but if it is it certainly explains why Diggs was so pissed after that game and continues to be so.  I don't think any other explanation really explains why Diggs is pissed / not at practice.

If you are still working then you aren't retired. People I know who have retired just go boating/fishing, travelling, play golf, hit flea markets, etc. They aren't working anywhere lol. Thread title really makes no sense to me. Maybe Irv just meant cutting down on working hours...

Lots of people change careers for lower pressure / lower hours when they "retire".

My mom was an CFO for a manufacturing company when she decided to retire, within a couple years my sister opened a business and my mom works part time bookkeeping for her.  My dad worked for the federal government for 30 years, he retired and still volunteers at least 20-30 hours a week.  They both also babysit my sisters' kids 2-3 days a week, which honestly seems harder than any job I'd want ever again.

I've been building a side business for a few years recording drums for other people's music, and when I am no longer at my current job it's my hope that it can tide me over until I hit true retirement age, but I may end up picking up something else in between as well, especially considering health insurance costs.
