This would build a solid base for the future of this organization, Of cousre their are still many pieces that need to be filled through Free agancy and UFA. First, build the lines & your team can play competive ball- The QB can't make plays while lying on the ground....Please send feedback: 9- picks total w/o trades.

I like the players but we are going to take an OLB fairly early. I'd say the chances that we don't take a player under 300 pounds until our second pick in the 6th is about 0%.

  2. there is something about the guy though that makes me think he could be a sleeper pickup. the fact that bill polian picked him leads me to believe that the guy can work here since polian is a genius and knows talent better than anyone in the nfl. we need another guy beside evans that can get downfield. a 3rd or 4th rounder should get him straight up

Why would the colts trade their former first round pick for a 3rd or 4th?

  3. I saw him play a few times this year and was impressed, but he didn't come across as a guy that fit in the 3-4 NT. He seemed to do well with getting off blocks and chasing down plays, but not so much closing holes and taking up blockers. Do you think he could handle it?

he' a prototypical 3-4 end. I love both him and odrick

  4. First of all, Whitner wasn't outplayed by a rookie. The plan in drafting Byrd was to have him play free safety (where he was projected to excel as a pro) and Whitner could settle at the spot SS he was drafted to play. Second, Whitner is under contract. Now, maybe he hired Condon to help with an extension or in the event of a trade, have a new contract worked out with a new team. Either way he hired Condon to help with his next contract. If he is looking at a pay raise maybe I explore some trade options, but if he only wants just inside top 10 SS money (where he belongs), keep him and don't create an unneccessary hole. You people who want Scott or Wilson as a full season starter are a bunch of fools. If it didn't mean a step back for the Bills I almost wish you people (oh yeah, I just called you guys "you people" again) would get your wish so you could end up seeing what a bunch of jackasses "you people" are. Look, I'm sorry we didn't draft Ngata instead too, but hopefully that s**t stops this year with some real "football people" running the show.

thank you. This is getting insane. No one says a word when wilson or byrd wiff in run support.

  5. I already took that week off of work during shift bid, only because my wife is due April 20th. I told her if the baby is born day of the draft the first name will be that of the Bills first pick. She did not concur.

Ndamukong has a nice ring to it

  6. What are you smoking?

Why is everyone so quick to suck Bellicheat's rooster?

The Bills are killing themselves. We've started three straight possesions 1 and 15, 1 and 15, 1 and 20.

What the !@#$ does that have to do with Bellicheat?

penalties have nothing to do with coaching?

  7. I have no idea what you are talking about. The Jets scored only one TD. How does that happen if they don't get started? Agree they get burned on the run a lot but it's not for lack of trying.

It's crazy how our D takes so much flack when the problem is obviously our offense.

  8. Apparently the emotion from the post game feud carried into the locker room after the game (South Florida Sun Sentinel):

    "Trash sacks."

That's how Buffalo offensive lineman Jonathan Scott describes the six quarterback takedowns the Miami Dolphins produced in Sunday's 31-14 win over the Bills.

From where Scott sat Sunday evening inside the winning locker room, as a member of a patched up Bills offensive line that featured a starting right guard (Kendall Simmons) added to the team five days ago, that's the most respect he was willing to pay the Dolphins defensive front.

After all, that unit, which was playing without linchpin nose tackle Jason Ferguson after his season-ending quadriceps injury last week, allowed 129 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns to the Bills.

Buffalo was using its eighth offensive-line combination of the season due to season-ending injuries to two guards last week. But the Bill still averaged 5.2 yards a carry, which made Scott pop his unit's collar.

"I have to put that out there. They were trash sacks because they got lucky," said Scott, the regular starting right tackle, who was filling in at left tackle because of the knee injury that kept regular starter Demetrius Bell sidelined. "It wasn't a situation where they bullied us around…. Half the time they didn't make contact until 4 yards down the field."

    Decidedly un-Jauron-like behavior.

These past couple weeks have been very refreshing! :P
