FIRE the guy in the boot that should tell Rex to challenge plays. The two that they should have challenged they kept the red hankey dry.
So much for Alex Dink & Dunk Smith. He out TT'd TT.

Dude....why are you rehashing this question
Its just gonna take us back to the lame arguements of
- He cant throw from the pocket (he did)
- He cant throw tot he middle of the field (he did)
- and the same lame agitator's will still not be able to offer a viable alternative.
TTT is not going to change his mind....he has it in his mind what Tyrod is.....no amount of debating is going to change that
Its sunday and Id rather spend time with my grandson before I have to go back to work tomorrow then debate this
Tyrod played a great first half. Can you please explain the second half and why he regressed? One maybe two targets to Sammy!?!?
He fumbled 2 or is it officially 3 times (he fumbled, recovered the ball, ran for the first and fumbled again as he was going out) ?
The second half of the game got weird from a passing perspective. Did Taylor take a shot I missed?
His line did enough to let him throw, was the ball THAT slippery?
Smith and Reid gave the Bills the same game Roman and TT gave the Chefs the first half.
From what I saw the rain had let up in the second half.
So the weekly "what is Tyrod?" question raises its head.
He is the same guy he was last week. He wasn't the main reason for our loss yesterday, far from it. The fumble didn't help but this was not on Tyrod primarily.
He is decent. He has played well enough for us to be better than 5-6. He should continue to start this year and he should start next year but we should be looking to draft a QB in the first two rounds to at the very least be competing for the job and ideally winning it in 2017. If that guy has to start some game next year because Tyrod gets dinged up and he proves to be better you roll with him.
Correct with one exception re: fumble. see fumble(s) I just mentioned.

Makes up for the Bills loss seeing NE go down.
well kind of. Lets trade Alex Smith for you know who.
-
DOOMED.
sorry had to. first post of the day. I should vent where needed.
-
send out the national guard
-
This is the Bills we are talking about here.
I highly doubt this team wins 5 of their last 6.
or the Chiefs losing 5 straight then winning 4 straight.
-
I sure hope to hell Tyrod plays well tomorrow or Im never gonna hear the end of it lol
that is what happens when you are a superfan.
12 weeks in and I'm still catching garbage for saying EJ isn't a total bust.
Show him the money. Love Tyrod
please no. it is too soon to overpay Taylor.
Have seen what players are doing after their big paydays? some not very good
-
Of course fans will holler to have the first round draft pick QB to start. Just go back 2 years here and all the excitement and desire for EJ to start. Then if said rookie has a few bad games we'll label him a bust and call for him to be run off before his rookie contract runs out just as many (the same ones probably) are doing with EJ.
truer words....
-
215 passing 200 punting 415 total
-
Just played around with it. Initial slicing and dicing suggests the obvious....we need to beat the Chiefs, Texans, Jets....
Start with the Chefs get a Win, Win a game at home against the Texans and the Bills an lose 1 of the 3 NFCE teams and the NYETS game will not matter.
The NYETS have to play the Giants, NE and Miami twice. IMO This will put them out of the WC hunt by week 17
-
Repeat the same game plan for Alex Smith that worked oh so well on Tainted Tom and the Bills get the W guaranteed.
-
So has the jury made it's decision?
Does Tyrod suck?
Overreaction from some who thought TT was great and a "franchise" QB
Overreaction from some who thought TT was a top passer in the league
We can toss in a bit of taunting to the overreactions because that is what people do here.
OK Tyrod, this should be an up week for you. If not don't play the hero and get carried off on a stretcher.
Play a smart game and if need be let EJ play if you are still hurting and in pain throwing the football
-
I didn't realize that.
In that case, our season isn't over if we lose tomorrow. Except Pitt would need to lose 3 not 2 assuming we lose 2 more. They are 6-4.
I guarantee you 100% the Bills won't lose tomorrow.
Also, I am confident the Bills can win on Sunday the day after tomorrow
Can't see Steelers winning all 6 remaining
Not facing Seattle and the Bengals away
Beast mode is out, but if Fred is still healthy he can fill in that role.
Hoping the Bungles regain some swagger and defeat the Steelers
Who knows what will happen with the Denver game

this playoff machine is utter garbage...
not if you know how to use it
-
That's really interesting. I just posted one minute ago in the other thread about players buying into Rex's defense that this was the first game Rex was Rex.
Hope it continues. I was so glad to see most of the defenders chip at the LOS and not stand 5 yards back of the LOS.
-
The NFCE is a mess. Washington can get the division or a WC @ 8-8
-
Just beat KC and keep winning is the best shot. This game coming up is the biggest barrier to getting in. We win here and it will start to fall in place.
That about sums it up.

He does sound like a paid message board shill, doesn't he?
With all the money spent on advertising by these sites, I have no doubt they are active in the astroturfing world.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astroturfing
91% of the winnings go to 1.3% of the players.
Whatever the actual figure is ...... who gets to see all of this data and use it "across the street" at the other site?
-
I hope the Bills have the foresight to give this young QB a couple years of consistent play time before pulling the plug.
He's 5-3 as a starter, and still learning. Of course he has faults, I don't understand the expectation for him to be a seasoned hall of famer already. Let's not screw development up again because we're impatient.
because that's the way things roll here.
People gave up on EJ real fast and can't help but trash him even as a backup. Many have already given up on Tyrod after close to a 50-50 good and bad games.
And lastly they believe hypocrisy is a group of Hippos going unnoticed because of the elephant in the room.
-
Can someone tell me why the Chiefs are favored when their only good player is out?
Because they are on a 4 game win streak and Vegas loves to collect money.
-
Failure to get the ball more to the WR's is not Tyrod's fault. It's the playcalling. He underthrew a couple of balls against NE, but for the most part has been very good on deep balls. He runs the plays that are called and this is a run first offense. Blame Greg Roman if you want more passing, but I'll take Tyrod over almost every QB in the division. He has played exceptionally well for the most part.
I am no expert, but I have heard that Tyrod reads half the field then takes action. Is this true or a fabrication?
If it is true and Sammy is not on the initial read he won't be looked at
if he isn't looked at, who holds the blame?
-
Isn't it a little early for this?
nope.. the playoff machines are up and running.
With a Bills W against the Chefs they stand a better chance to hold the WC spot.
Win the following week against Houston and it's very favorable odds they keep the #5 seed.
barring a total collapse against the NFCE They must win 2 of those 3
-
Not to agree or disagree, but to be fair to tyrod - he does drive the ball down the field a lot more. Tannehill doesn't throw more than 3 or 4 yards beyond the line of scrimmage.
Sorry but you gave me apples in return for oranges. I do not believe I said anything of % ratio
TT throwing only 12 to 20 passes in games does not exactly relate to Tannehill throwing 17 and 18 straight on short routes.
The sats that I showed for the passer who was 5 of 6 has a 150 rating. should he be considered #2 in passer rating?
Show me stats of 25 passes per game and I will believe those numbers more than 15 per game
WHO DO YOU INSIST ON USING OTHER ASPECTS TO TRY TO EVALUATE Tyrod Taylors game
It is what Tyrod does not what SOME OTHER FUKIN QUARTER BACK DOES
WOW just WOW
Good sir, how are we supposed to compare him? We'll agree He's good. We'll disagree He's not great.

Keep your eye on the ball - you tried hard at first then ultimately failed
