They wait and wait and wait until they see for thousandth time that something isn't working. However this year they are being proactive with not waiting for the offense to suck before firing Schoenert. Than they aren't going to wait for Walker to be terrible before going to see what Bell can do. These moves are so unlike what they usually do and I am glad they are doing these moves it really sends a message to the team that they are going for it this year.
