Chef Jim Posted June 19, 2009 Share Posted June 19, 2009 I've never been to the festival but this is a good article regarding the festival but what I found most interesting are the quotes from Warren Haynes of Gov't Mule/The Dead/The Allman Brothers with his take of the state of music today. Warren nails it. "There are theories that as it gets easier to make records in your home, which allows mediocre music to sound good through technology, the future is live music," Gov't Mule's Warren Haynes told me before Bonnaroo began This is why almost all the music I buy today are recordings of live shows.
