Posted June 18, 2009 Share Posted June 18, 2009 A couple of weeks ago, when the scalping law expired & went back to the old standard of about a couple of bucks over face being the only legal way to resell tickets, I didn't question whether the state lawmakers would get the job done & reinstate the freedom to resell tickets. Now with the lunacy going on here in Albany, it might be a while until any bills get passed. So, without the state acting on this, I think there's a good chance that at best, ticket exchange transactions will be delayed, if not outright unavailable this season.
