Percy Harvin ... Do you take him at 41?

Recommended Posts

If you think the Raiders will take him in the top 10 why are you asking the question?

You think he drops out of the top 20? No way!

CJ: I agree with you .... I have seen a lot of mocks where he's a second rounder. Most recent I saw him going to Dallas at 51. IMO he's the best athlete in this draft but what do I know ....

I might be tempted to take him at 28. He is the biggest playmaker in the draft. However i don't think he's very fluent at WR.

very fluent??

he speaks some version of English

so he's good to go

Florida is not that bad of a school

I wouldn't. If the Bills are going to select a WR with one of the latter two picks they have today, I think they'll go with a possession receiver type. That's especially true if they miss out on Brandon Pettigrew and are left with only the 2nd tier TE prospects. At least in the passing game, a big possession receiver would be the next best thing.

I think they might, might pick Brian Robiskie at 28, depending upon how the first round plays out.

Some teams, apparently, have a medical red flag on Harvin in addition to the rest of it. Bad foot.

the rest of it is just a smoke screen

the medical issues with Harvin are very real - and why he is a big risk

the foot was operated on last year and will need further surgery

he also had mysterious migraines which kept him out of games
