I guess the only good thing is we weren't ranked #1...that honor goes to Providence where there is 11.6% unemployment... Buffalo ranked #5 on the list...Rochester #15 Then again, the jobless rate for people with college degrees is much lower than for those without, so it appears more jobs are being cut in manufacturing/factory type work...crazy to think that perhaps the most important decisions one makes in life are the ones when you are a kid.
