What makes you think he'd make it here with his pass happy offense? You know how everyone complained every time Turk decided to pass in shotgun formation on 3rd down and short? Yeah, imagine that frustration times 10 with Martz as your offensive coordinator. It's the worst idea possible, aside from sending an obit to the news about the Buffalo Bills organization. There is a reason that his teams have multiple QBs injured every season. To say nothing of the BILLS not having close to the OLine/skill personnel required. People call the guy a genius but the offense he had in St Louis had Hall of Fame personnel. We saw how smart he really was against both the Titans and Patriots in the Super Bowl.
