So, there will be 18,000 people filing out of the Raptors game (and driving out) while 65,000 people are heading in to the Bills game (and driving in). I have never been, but I thought I read somewhere that there will be no tailgating allowed in TO right? Actually, it will be closing to 54,000 people at the game. The place only holds that many.
