It does work, but you get a bit flushed at first because of all the niacin it contains. There's no guarana, so you don't have to worry about that. Be warned, though. I've felt like climbing the walls the first 20 minutes or so after drinking it, then you settle down. The key is to use it when only absolutely necessary. I also thought this was a local commercial at first, but it is a national one. I've only seen it a couple of times. The site that this is from is a local site about Cleveland sports (thus, "waiting for next year" ). Read the comment, though, about the guy in Florida who dropped his cup when he saw the ad.
